Little Lakehouse ligt op het kleinschalige park De Dikkenberg, met o.a. een restaurant, snackbar, midgetgolf, speeltuin, zwembad, tafeltennistafels, tennisbaan, luchtkussen en een ‘voetbal kooi’. This is the ideal place for relaxation for 2 people! Within walking distance of the Ginkelse Heide, you will find this cozy corner house. From here, you can find various cycling, hiking and mountain bike routes. You can also walk to the cozy center of Ede. You can relax here in the sauna or with a drink by the cozy wood fireplace. In the basement, you can play table tennis, pool, darts and/or table football. There is a cat living in the house, Bear. She loves cuddling and eating!

Our house is a 5-minute walk from Ede-Wageningen Central Station and a 5-minute drive from the highways. 2.5 km walk to the city center of Ede and in 20 minutes by train in Utrecht and in 50 minutes in Amsterdam. Your own entrance, room with air conditioning (2024) and bathroom. In the middle of the Veluwe. By bike on the heath in 15 minutes and 5 minutes walk to the forest. A wonderful base! Charging the electric car is also one of the possibilities.

Het guesthouse, geschikt voor 3 gasten, bevindt zich op de 1e verdieping van onze schuur, gelegen achter in onze diepe, vrije tuin en heeft een eigen ingang. Het bestaat uit twee (slaap) kamers, een kitchenette en douche/toiletruimte. Een plek om onder te duiken en te onthaasten. U heeft beschikking over WIFI. Op de oprit van ons huis is er de mogelijkheid om te parkeren. Gelegen in het centrum, zowel bus als treinvervoer op loopafstand.

Rural location, peace, space and alpacas

In the guesthouse you immediately feel the relaxing atmosphere. Through the use of natural materials and the view of the garden and the animals, you can really experience the countryside. Outside, you can encounter all kinds of animals, like a hare or a pheasant. And of course the chickens and the alpacas. On the lounge set you see from the guesthouse, you can relax. You walk right into the meadow to get to know the alpacas up close.

Sleeping on the Rhine in our cozy renovated ‘Blue’ room and bathroom in a beautiful old dike house. Within walking distance is the Blue Room, the Grebbeberg and some fantastic hiking/cycling routes along the Waal and Rijn. Also a number of cozy restaurants including ‘t Veerhuis (200m away). You have access to a large part of the garden with lounge area. And possibly in the morning a Betuws breakfast in the garden or in the room.
