You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. Come and take a trip to the end of the earth in Douarnenez, in our 30 m2 apartment, completely renovated in June 2021, at the Pointe de Tréboul residence. 10 steps from the water, you will enjoy at every moment the spectacle of the sea, the view of Tristan Island, the activity of the marina with its sailing school and the many old rigs that cross in front of the terrace.  

Comfortable beachfront studio

The apartment is small but well-equipped and functional. Its new sofa bed is comfortable and very easily convertible. The kitchen area has everything you need ( mini oven, microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, etc...). The apartment is located in a secure residence. He's not to be overlooked. It is located on the seafront, next to the thalasso, casino and cinema.

Nice studio of 37m², with terrace of 8m2, facing south-south-west, with full views of the ocean, Glénan islands and the beach, located in a secure residence with caretaker. Private and gated parking (remote controlled gate). Beach and coastal trail (GR34) at the bottom of the residence. All shops and Ville Close are a 5-minute walk away.
