At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Located on a dune, under the pine trees, facing south, this house is a 15-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from all food shops (or others including the supermarket, restaurants...). This house is fully restored and offers all the comforts to have a good time (including linens and towels since ). I specify that the living room fireplace is not functional.

My accommodation is close to the beach and activities suitable for families. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. Large enclosed garden. Linens and towels are provided. The swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees and is available from April to September if the weather permits.
