Holiday rentals with a patio in Bent Creek

Great size for two people and close to downtown and overall centrally located. Bed comfortable. Road is right next to place and neighbors go up and down fast ( and at times loudly) Austin was responsive and very clean place

Absolutely loved this place! I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs that feel like they were renovated as cheaply and quickly as possible. That is absolutely not the case here. Everything felt thoughtful and intentional. It’s absolutely gorgeous, I don’t feel like the photos did it justice. The area is great as well. West Asheville is one of our favorite parts of town so the location was perfect. Highly recommend staying with Katlin!

I had a truly lovely stay at this Airbnb in Asheville! The room was cozy and clean, with large windows that offered stunning views of the surrounding area. The property had a beautiful garden that felt like a hidden retreat, and I especially loved watching the small squirrels, birds, and or chipmunks, make their daily visits. It was peaceful, refreshing, and the perfect spot to unwind. The host was friendly and respectful of privacy. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Asheville!

Peaceful, comfortable, clean apartment within a ten-minute walk to downtown Asheville. In a beautiful historic neighborhood with interesting homes and big trees. Parking on site and self check-in was easy. The neighborhood felt safe and the apartment was quiet (even on a holiday weekend). Great locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, and major grocery stores within walking distance. One of my best Airbnb experiences yet.

This stay was a treasure! Very affordable, great location to relax and sweetly decorated and welcoming feel. The hosts provided us with everything we needed and prepared the space for a beautiful weekend! Will most certainly be back!! We also appreciated the reasonable rate, allowing us to pour back into the community. Restaurants and shopping options were first class!

The space was perfect for myself, my 20-something daughter, and my uncle. Beautifully furnished, such an elegant space. Beds very comfortable, quiet sanctuary after our days out and about in Asheville. Nine Mile is always a must when in town, right across the street! The Montford neighborhood is great, nice walks, and the heart of downtown is literally about a 15 minute walk. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Carly is probably the best host we’ve ever had considering she and her family hiked miles to reach us after Hurricane Helene took out power, water, and cell service. They delivered water, protein, and a propane camping stove that kept us going a few more days until we could evacuate the forest. I was so moved by how the community in Bent Creek worked together and shared resources. The home is beautiful, and was made more beautiful by all the kindness we were shown in a frightening time. Asheville now holds a very special place in my heart. Thank you Carly.

What a lovely house! My entire family enjoyed it. We loved the style and beautiful decor. The basement, which was filled with games and a reading nook, was a hit with my kids. The hosts were very easy to communicate with, and the checkout process was effortless and straightforward, which we appreciated. We will be back next year!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The listing was absolutely pristine, and the host’s instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location was perfect—close to grocery stores, restaurants, and sightseeing spots, making it super convenient for exploring the area. One of the highlights was the view from the front porch—just beautiful and so relaxing. Inside, the space was filled with thoughtful touches and small luxuries that really elevated the stay: coffee pods, sugar, and creamer in stylish containers; luggage stands, irons and boards in each bedroom; even pet bowls and makeup removal towels. Everything was attractively arranged and well thought out. The only heads-up I’d give is that the parking can be tight. I was driving a full-size truck, and getting into the driveway took a bit of maneuvering. That said, it wouldn’t deter me from staying again! Highly recommend this place!

The place was great and just a few minute drive from The Biltmore! Place was so nice it felt like we were the first people to stay there!

What a gorgeous condo! Tina was kind, helpful, and responsive. The condo was beautifully furnished, spotless, quiet, peaceful. Each night we’d listen to the spring peepers while we watched the sunset from the patio or living room windows—both of which had incredibly amazing views of the mountains. We appreciated as well that this was relatively convenient for a multitude of hikes in the area.

Peaceful place

We are usually in Waynesville at least twice each year, and Mainstay has become our choice of accommodations. We agree with all the positive comments regarding location, cleanliness and comfort, and the high quality of the building renovation. The laminated wood trusses in the main room are especially impressive. The photos don't show the inside of the elevator, but it is as clean and modern as the rest of the building, and has the added advantage of making it possible to take all your stuff up to the apartment in one trip (or, in our case, four trips). The host's level of service is every bit as excellent as the physical appointments--all our requests, whether before, during, or after our stays, have always been met with a rapid response that answers our questions and solves our problems.

We had a wonderful time staying at Kristin's home in Asheville! As many others have noted, it is in a great location, located walking distance to Downtown and South Slope. The bedrooms were spacious and clean, and the bathrooms were spotless. We did bring a car, so having a dedicated spot in a secure garage was a huge plus. While the condo is situated on a moderately busy road and across from the bus depot, we didn't feel like the noise was excessive or any more than we expected. The building, garage, and apartment felt very secure, and we walked everywhere we needed to go without issue. Kristin was very responsive and great to work with. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip!

Lovely well-equipped condo in a beautiful area of the North Carolina mountains. The three levels were perfect for the four adults and two children in our party. Very quiet and peaceful with great scenery.

Donna was quite proactive in reaching out to us before and during our stay. She is personable and kind.
