The house is located in a great area near downtown Rogers. Close enough to walk and not worry about parking. The house is comfortable with plenty of room for 4 people. Connie communicating very well and check in was very easy. Would book again.

Great stay and vacation in NW Arkansas. Aaron’s place was as expected, comfortable with more than enough room for two. Quiet street and easy access to a main thoroughfare through town. Aaron has done a great job setting up the house for renters.

Daniel’s home was a such beautiful retreat! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and it was wonderful to have a safe place to park our bikes. We LOVED kayaking each morning on beautiful Lake Ann right in the backyard. Daniel’s home is nestled among trees and rocks and the lake view is stunning. We saw a variety of birds, a fox and of course fish. Like many homes in Bella vista, the driveway is steep but Daniel’s clear instructions made parking easy. We would definitely return.

Amazing stay! We will definitely be staying here again. The house was extremely clean and cozy. The neighborhood was great, we felt very safe. I forgot hair ties and happened to look under the sink to find a box of items labeled “in case you forgot anything.” I was very thankful! Beds were extremely comfortable. Hot tub was amazing! Host was kind and quick to respond. Definitely recommend!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect for us and all that was advertised! Donna was always quick when responding to messages and always very helpful. Would definitely stay here again for future visits and even recommend if any family members decide to go there also!

We had an amazing stay in Bentonville. We especially appreciated the convenient location (a short 5 min drive/15 min walk to the Square), the clean and beautifully decorated apartment, and the coffee maker with local Airship coffee beans. The bed was very comfortable and accommodations perfect for a remote work setup. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Kevin and Linda were very helpful with getting into the space. It was clean and accessible. The views were the best part. I would consider staying again in warmer weather.

Julie’s place was perfect!! It was in a great location with easy access to the trails and restaurants. The fresh flowers from her garden were a special touch. Would definitely stay again.

What a great place to stay. I didn't get a chance to meet Karen, but I did meet Brian. Super cool host. They obviously put a lot of care into this apartment. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bentonville. Location is very walkable to everything downtown, and you can bike to all the trail areas. I didn't really have to move the car while I was there. Really first class all around! Thanks for a great stay.

This space was absolutely precious and comfortable. The quiet and country setting was excellent what we were looking for. The host was very easy to work with and answered any and all questions. We loved our stay so much we are planning to come back next year.

I had a great experience staying here - it's a really great location and the place was exactly as pictured. Very peaceful and quiet. It's very close to the square in Bentonville and trails for running / biking.

Great location - we could walk to all the downtown Bentonville highlights in 5-10 minutes. The house was exactly what we wanted - everything as described. Craig was very responsive and helpful.

Nice space, always love a washer and dryer, they had laundry detergent and dryer sheets, always a plus. Host responded quickly! I would definitely come back to this location

We loved having a place where all the adults could have a king sized bed. The location was very convenient to a family reunion we were attending in Bella Vista/Tanyard park area. Nels responded quickly to us, and we look forward to staying when we come to the area again.

Great place! We stayed for the weekend to attend a baseball tournament at Memorial Park. Loved this place! Comfy beds, everything we needed, clean, easy check in, good location. We will stay again.
