Monthly Rentals in Benton County

We traveled with 2 adults and 5 kids and had an absolute blast. The kids' ages were 11 & 13.....the Treehouse and pool was perfect for them - swimming 2-3 times per day. This was a trip our kids will never forget. The coolness factor of the backyard was worth it alone. This place is in close proximity to a trailhead that leads to Coler Park, where there are tons of biking trails. This filled the buckets of doing outdoor activities, and then unwinding back at the Treehouse pool!

The place was perfect for a girl’s weekend and is close to the Amp and restaurants. Liz was super responsive and helpful as well. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. Check in and check out were a breeze. Thank you, Liz, we will be back!

It's always great to have a host who knows how to problem solve and who genuinely wants you to have a great experience. I certainly felt that here. It's a lovely place with a helpful host.

This home was perfect for us! We were in the area for an extended weekend for a baseball tournament. Our first rental through Vrbo was awful and we had to look for a new rental last minute. Kim got right back to me and allowed us to check in early! It turned our whole stay around. The home was clean and has great character. The outdoor areas - front porch and a barn with a fire pit/patio- were all in excellent condition. The home is close to everywhere but you still feel like you’re in the country. A great gem of a find!
