Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and comfortable.

This place was simply wonderful! Beautiful decor, modern updates and special touches to make it feel like home. The perfect amount of space to travel with our four children! They’ve also thought of and included everything you need when traveling with kids! We would love to visit again!

This location is everything! Small quaint little bungalow right off of Main Street and close to everything. Airship coffee right around the corner. Slaughter pen bike trail is also very close, walkable to downtown and great restaurants. My kids age 13 & 11 were able to bike/walk everywhere without complaining too much. The trampoline was a great added bonus to the back yard, it also had a grill and bike rack and we really enjoyed sitting out back in between biking. If I had to be knit picky, the only things I can say are the door to the back porch gets stuck on the step and is really hard to open and the ice maker is not hooked up. These are only minor annoyances, and would definitely not deter us from staying here again. Loved this place, had everything we needed and an unbeatable location.

We were in the area to move one kid out of the dorms and watch another graduate, so we didn't spend a ton of time in the home. The beds are comfy! Most amenities are provided for the bathroom, including a hair dryer. The kitchen appeared fully stocked to cook, if you have the desire and time. The backyard is spacious and fenced, so it was perfect for bringing our dog! I also really appreciated having access to the vacuum since my dog sheds daily. The check list at checking out is also reasonable.

Martha was an excellent host. The location was great, the property was very beautiful with big, mature trees. The house fit our needs very well and the entire in and out process was smooth. There is plenty to do so close to their location that you can go wrong. Great value and amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! I have to search for something to share as feedback, new fluffy towels would enhance the experience of vacation. We had a wonderful stay!

Location was directly between Coler Preserve and Downtown. You can easily get anywhere by bike, and it was at the end of a small street with little to no traffic. Cute little house that fit our family well.

This place was perfectly located for us as we were in town for the Bentonville Film Festival and the Momentary is literally across the street. The interior is very cute and comfortable. Beds were nice. Plenty of space. Would stay here again.

truly a hidden gem. if you love cycling, hiking and watersports this is definitely the place for you. Sandy made us feel right at home .We would love to come out here again.

I absolutely loved this little gem! I hated I had to leave so quickly but Deanna was such a sweetheart and asked if I needed anything! I didn’t just her sharing her space was enough. I hope to spend a little more time next time!

The check-in process was simple and convenient. The apartment was quiet, comfortable, and centrally located, within walking distance of all main attractions and restaurants. Check-out was equally straightforward, making the entire stay hassle-free. I would gladly stay again next time I visit Bentonville.

Fantastic spot to stay when visiting U Ark! Very clean, and safe, location. Easily walkable to campus, sports, anything on Dickenson St, old Fayetteville town square. Street noise some nights (you’ll be on Dickenson!) and an occasional train. Loved it.

It’s not very often that you travel and state a place that feels like home. This place felt like home from the moment we open the door till the moment we closed it for the last time this was an awesome property and we will be back.

This is such a great spot. Couldn’t be more centrally located on Dickson St. Had all the amenities you need while staying away from home. I would happily book again!!

Fathers Day Weekend My dad and I stayed here for the weekend and absolutely loved it. The Airbnb was clean, cozy and super comfortable just right for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t have been better lots to do nearby and so much of it is walkable which made exploring very easy and fun. The area felt safe and charming and the host was great with communication. We had a wonderful day and would definitely come back.

I had a great stay in Fayetteville! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive—answered questions quickly and made everything easy. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

We’ve previously stayed at three other units in The Dickson; all were nice, but this one stood out. Nicely decorated, well laid out, comfortable and easy access from parking ramp. The terrace is large and has a stunning view of the Fayetteville hills, Dickson Street and downtown. We thoroughly appreciated the extra attention to details like stocking the refrigerator with several bottles of water, a pint of half-and-half, and a stick of butter.

Got in late and AC wasn't working. Host and AirBnB were responsive, recommended placing us in another listing since repair would be next day at earliest. Stuff happens, they were responsive, so other than slight inconvenience to relocate before unpacking, really was no trouble. Appreciate the responsiveness.
