Very beautiful and clean house with excellent mountain view. Great showers. The owner operates a coffee shop on the first floor, which is very convenient for breakfast. Takao san gave great suggestions for local tours and was very happy to welcome our family, including our dog!

The villa is huge and it is located in a very quiet corner at the top of the hill. It has all the amenities that you need. Check in and check out is easy and the host is friendly and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Featuring a private hot spring, the interior is fully furnished with amenities.There is a convenience store 3 minutes on foot, and it is a 10-15 minute walk to the pedestrian street. The living room was finer than expected, but overall I was satisfied.

very nice and clean traditional house with a private outdoor onsen which we really enjoyed. could do with heating in the bathroom area. if you are driving a big car beware the road to the house is narrow.

I had a good rest!! There are many beds, and especially the open-air bath is spacious and nice, so I made it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If I come to Yufuin next time, I'm willing to stay again.

Nice clean and convenient

We had a wonderful time in Beppu. Close to the train station but quiet, the accommodation allows you to rest. There are restaurants nearby and large shopping centers, to satisfy all pleasures. It is also close to buses to go to the onsens.

Our stay was wonderful. The property was clean, exactly as described, and the great location made exploring easy. We especially appreciated the convenient parking lot. Communication with Tony was excellent; they were incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

It's right in front of Beppu Station, so you can walk to places to hang out. The air conditioner can be turned on very well, and it's easy for several people to stay. Large, sunny and airy apartment in a quiet and safe area, with enough comfort and facilities for a longer stay for two people. Quiet during our stay. Sea view from the living room, master bedroom and balcony, mountain view from the smaller bedroom. Bus around the corner, train within walking distance, a bit far from town center, but overall good location for traveling. Possibility of walks by the sea. Several restaurants and a large supermarket within reach. The apartment was very clean and tidy. We liked the large table, both for work and dining. Wi-Fi was without problems, possibility of Youtube and connection to Netflix or Prime Video. The entrance instructions seemed complicated, but in the end it was easy. Access to the apartment via code, we didn't need a key. No elevator - no noise; a few stairs even to the fourth floor was not a problem for us even several times a day. Communication with the landlord was fast and efficient. We will be happy to come back here!

Very well-equipped, very clean and quiet accommodation. The access instructions are clear, and a supermarket is less than a minute's walk away! So we had a nice stay there.

Booked for my elderly parents in GW. It was very spacious than you can see in the photos, the sofa was loose, the bed was comfortable, and my parents were very satisfied. The host was also friendly and explained politely at check-in. The popular sushi restaurant "Suiten" and a supermarket are also just around the corner, so it is conveniently located. It is separated from the living room and dining room, the bedroom is separated, and there are also 4 beds, so it is recommended for 3-4 people.

Perfect location, and a large place that feels like home. The only downside for us was the bunk beds. We would have preferred a standard bed (bunk beds aren’t very romantic..). Other than this, everything was clean and comfortable, and we felt just like home. I really liked this place

This farmhouse is a very relaxing and beautiful place! We loved to just chill there in the evening and enjoy the tranquility of slow life.

I was worried when I first traveled to Bingbu, but I was able to travel very comfortably because it was close to the train station. I traveled during Christmas, and I was really grateful for the Christmas cake that the host prepared. There were a lot of restaurants around the accommodation, so I went out to eat, and it was a little down the street from Toki Department Store, so it was good for shopping. I think it would be a good choice if you are preparing for a trip to Bingbu.

Just a perfect flat, everything what you need wirh good Connections to the center! The onsen was very relaxing and Together with the sauna a perfect spa retreat for The night :) i can fully recommend it :)!

The room is spacious and very comfortable. It has everything you need. It should add a clothes hanger and a place to put your toiletries in the bathroom.
