You can also use a private dog run located about 10 minutes by car from Gontaya (Shirakawa, Minami Aso Village). There is a wood stove in the living room which is available in winter after receiving instructions from the host. The host lives next house, but of course will not disturb you unless guest's requests. Our 花hana is located at the foot of Mt. Aso, so we coexist with the wild animals and rich nature.
