I'd suggest you to book for at least 2 nights, to have time to discover the charming Berat.

This is 1st floor of villa perfect for everyone, offering facilities like : air-conditioned , a spacious lobby, poolside beds, and a large garden. Guests can also enjoy outdoor dining with our BBQ area.

Welcome to our family home, located inside Berat castle, built in the 1870s and filled with character and warmth. Our cozy double room is perfect for guests looking for a comfortable stay, with access to two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a sitting area that can accommodate additional guests. If you wish, you can share a homemade gliko (type of jam) with my grandmother. Outside, there's plenty of space to relax and enjoy a coffee or meal. We can't wait to welcome you!

VILA Ardea - Your second home !

VILA Ardea - is located in Berat,Velabisht provides accommodation and a garden where the guests can have a picnic or just enjoy the view , balcony, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a well-equipped kitchen and a flat-screen TV , free private parking and free WiFi . The place where the villa is located is an amazing spot where you have privacy and a very nice view and fresh air . Is a very quiet area surrounded by beautifuls hills and with city view .

2018 UPDATE We recently added a bathroom attached to the master bedroom. Hairdryer and iron available. We also have added additional heaters throughout the house for the cold months and additional fans (on top of the AC units) for the warmer months. Brand new TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Chromecast available in the bedroom.
