Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Berat County

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt in dem Haus, es ist noch nie schöner und größer als auf den Bildern und äußerst modern eingerichtet. Es war makellos sauber und alles war vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann unbedingt empfehlen mit den Brüdern des Gastgebers eine Rafting Tour zu unternehmen. Eine wundervolle Erfahrung und ein toller Service! Auch bei anderen Fragen rund um die Umgebung und zu Land und Leuten kann der Bruder von Guxim einem spannende Sachen (auf Englisch) erzählen! Wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben möchte drängt sich aber auch niemand auf. Die perfekten Gastgeber! Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

We absolutely loved staying here - the house was exactly as described - even better actually! It was super clean, comfortable and had everything you could need (kitchen equipment, washing machine, bedding, towels etc)…The thought and care which has gone into making it a good home for guests really shines through. The pool and outside surroundings were beautiful - the pool was super clean and had lots of great floaties which our children loved. We were two families (7 in total) and we had lots of space and felt right at home. Valentino and his family are just divine! So friendly and hospitable - we were made to feel like family! We would love to stay again. It’s an easy 15 minute drive to Berat. We really will miss this wonderful home and family. Recommend staying here without a doubt - you’ll love it!

Emplacement incroyable en plein coeur de la citadelle. Le jardin est vraiment très agréable et la vue depuis les fenêtres était superbe. Petit bémol avec le système de distribution d'eau très bruyant qui peut rendre la cohabitation à plusieurs compliquée.

Всего одна ночь в гостях у Флоры и Гектора оставила в памяти ярчайший след! Эти удивительные люди умеют за несколько часов создать атмосферу, которую другие не смогут повторить и за неделю. С первой минуты мы ощутили искреннее гостеприимство. Флора сразу угостила нас напитками и десертом, а после, Гектор с радостью показал окрестности. Вечером нас ждал невероятно вкусный домашний ужин из продуктов с их огорода. Каждая ложка передавала заботу и тепло хозяйских рук! Помимо прочего, Гектор и Флора прекрасные собеседники. И даже несмотря на то, что мы говорили на разных языках, зачастую понимали друг друга без переводчика. Их гостеприимство настолько естественно, что к утру мы чувствовали себя не гостями, а их родственниками! И хотя наш визит был коротким, впечатления остались самые теплые. Чистота, удобная кровать, тишина деревенской ночи и петухи по утру - всё сложилось в идеальную картину настоящей Албании. Мы безумно благодарны им, за каплю домашнего уюта в нашем путешествии!

Nous avons été très bien reçus par Artan, personne très sympathique. Le logement est agréable et bien situé pour faire Berat à pied comme on le souhaite. Artan est également de bon conseil pour des restaurants ou activités. Il nous a également invité sur la propriété de ses chambres d'hôtes à 30min de Berat. L'endroit est paisible et propice à la détente. A cette occasion, nous avons pu deguster du vin et des eaux de vies artisanaux, accompagnés de petits toasts à l'ail et au fromage maison. C'était juste délicieux. Merci pour ce beau séjour. Allez-y les yeux fermés.

très bon logement pour passer un moment au calme, certe un peu rustique mais correspondant au descriptif. les hôtes ont été très accueillants.

Zeer vriendelijke host. We hadden wat moeite om het appartement te vinden, maar de host kwam ons al snel tegen en hielp ons. Zelfs nog heerlijke koffie gehad en een ontbijtje. +/- 15 minuten lopen naar het oude centrum van Berat. Zeker een aanrader!

Läget, boendet och familjen som hyrde ut rummet var fantastiskt! Centralt beläget boende med gångavstånd till sevärdheter och restauranger. Familjen la verkligen omsorg på att gästerna skulle trivas och frukosten med nybakade munkar och hemgjord sylt var bland det bästa vi ätit i Albanien. En fröjd att sitta på takterrassen morgon som kväll 💜

Deze Airbnb kan ik alleen maar aanraden. Het was een fijn verblijf en wij hebben heerlijk geslapen. Je hebt echt alles wat je nodig hebt. Er stond zelfs olie om mee te koken, wat erg handig is als je op roadtrip bent zoals wij. De locatie is prima, aanrader!

Lovely stay at a very nicely furnished and spacious apartment, looks just like the photos. Ela's Mum lives opposite and was welcoming. This is a good place to stay if you don't mind using a car or taxi into the main town of Berat as it's approximately 30-45 mins walk through backstreets to get to the Castle of Berat up a steep slope, and a similar distance (though not uphill) to the old town by the river. It is also worth mentioning that the outside of the apartment block looks quite rundown and a bit intimidating, but as we said, on the inside it is lovely!

traveled from uk. found this to be a great place. had 2 night stay. flat is lovely. Good air-conditioning and shutters on window. showers worked well. we parked close by and walked to property. it is up several flights of stairs. we gave a rough eta and when we arrived their was someone waiting to let us in. the location is perfect to explore the area. had a great stay and restaurant opposite does a good breakfast too. great host. would recommend.

Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door de host. Ze was vriendelijk en we voelden ons direct thuis. Het appartement was super netjes, in een rustige straat, maar toch kort bij het centrum. Auto konden we gewoon op het terrein plaatsen. Ze reageerde snel op berichtjes en bij onze laatste ochtend kwam ze zelfs met een lekker ontbijtje voor ons aan. Dit appartement is zeker aan te raden <3

Très bonne communication avec Emiljana, et très bel accueil fait par sa tante ainsi qu'un excellent petit déjeuner traditionnel. L'appartement est fidèle à la description et aux photos. Il est bien agencé et bien équipé. Placé au centre de corovode et sur la route du canyon ossum. Heureuse d'avoir commencé ma journée d'anniversaire avec vos fleurs et vos sourires.

Very nice apartment with 2 nice rooms with one queen and one single bed each. Appartement was very clean. Our host was very proactive with communication and also answered our questions quickly. I recommend this place. Please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Ona’s place! From the moment I booked, she was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to all my questions. She was always just a message away, and her responses were lightning-fast. The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. And it is right in the heart of city close to the town and i would recommend it for sure.

Staying in this apartment was an amazing experience. Elona and her parents were incredibly friendly and welcoming - some of the best hosts we’ve ever encountered on Airbnb. Their hospitality was outstanding, and they made us feel right at home. The apartment itself was immaculate - everything was super clean and well-maintained. Getting there was also straightforward. From Tirana, you can take a bus to Berat from the South and North Bus Terminal in the north of the city. Bus line 5/B from the city center will get you there easily. The buses run regularly, and the trip takes about 2 hours. Once in Berat, it’s a short city bus ride to Elona’s place. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Highly recommended!

Schöne grosse Wohnung in ländlicher Umgebung, trotzdem sehr nahe bei Berat. Vom Balkon aus tolle Sicht auf Berat. Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die uns mit einem sehr reichlichen Frühstück und sehr gutem Essen und Getränken in Ihrem Restaurant verwöhnt haben. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ich war sehr froh hier ein paar Tage abseits des Tourismus verbracht zu haben. Kommunikation 10/10, Luenis Eltern verkaufen vor dem Haus Gemüse, verstehen zwar kein Englisch sind aber sehr liebevoll und hilfsbereit (und versorgen natürlich mit frischem Obst und Gemüse). Wer in die Altstadt möchte, kann diese in einem gemütlichen Spaziergang erreichen. Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Fitnessstudio, Cafés,... alles direkt vor der Haustüre.
