Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

1h40 from South Paris, come and discover this newly renovated country house belonging to a former cereal farmhouse located in a very small village surrounded by fields. In summer, the house and its quiet garden are ideal for hosting family and friends for a barbecue or fire pit (April to September). In the winter, local life regains its rights (hunting, fishing, agricultural activities) and can eventually meet tractors and local associations around the house.

The large pontoon-terrace opens onto the pond populated by geese, ducks and many birds that you can observe.
