Perfect place to enjoy Paris while being in a quiet area

We had some lovely days at his flat and Paris. Matthieu is really nice and responds fast.

We loves our stay at la grenouille and would love to come back one day!

One of the most beautiful Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at! So calming, cool and stylish. And big! Everything is there, yet the space is so zen and quiet. Great pizza just a few steps away, a comfy bed and lovely couch to chill out on. In a very cute area of Paris with a street with lots of nice restaurants and a good deli. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Dale and Gilles apartment. Dale responded very quickly to our enquiries and was very proactive in recommending local restaurants and other attractions prior to our arrival. There’s two good bakeries close by and the Metro only minutes away. Roughly 30 minutes to Monmarte and 45 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was as described with literally everything you need, including a table top ironing board, the apartment itself was spotless. I can’t recommend this apartment enough, thank you Dale and Gilles for making us so welcome.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

I really enjoyed this accommodation in a bucolic setting, the bathroom is very functional, the living room with the bed is comfortable, no noise and possibility to have breakfast on the terrace surrounded by greenery Coffee, tea, herbal tea available, I did not eat on site at noon and in the evening I recommend

We had a lovely stay at Jerome's appartment. We chose it because it looked confortable and interesting and it didn't disappoint. It felt very homely and was well laid out. Jerome was very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. The extra work room was very useful and we enjoyed being surrounded by all of the art books and artwork. The apartment is extremely close to a metro station, and the green high-level walking corridor is just down the street. We loved walking to Bastille as the first part of our excursions. We would definitely stay again in future.

Jade’s apartment is in a lovely and convenient part of Paris. It has a great view and Yuki is a very friendly cat, which makes it a one of a kind place to stay! There was a small issue with cleanliness but Jade was very responsive and helped us to resolve it quickly. Overall this is a cool and unique place to stay in Paris.

A Perfect Parisian Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well-equipped and comfortable the space was. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is simply unbeatable! Nestled in a charming neighborhood, I found it easy to explore all the iconic sights of Paris, with cafes, shops, and attractions just a short stroll away. One of the highlights of my stay was the abundance of natural sunlight that flooded the apartment, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. I will definitely be coming back to this amazing Airbnb on my next trip to Paris. Thank you for a memorable stay!

It was in a good location for taking the train or subway, and it was nice to be close to grocery stores, bakeries, cafes, etc. You have to go through the door 3 times to get into the house, but it was well explained and easily solved. The bedroom, kitchen, and toilet were all clean. However, it was a curtain in the bathroom, not a door, so it was a little uncomfortable. There were also a lot of towels provided, and the windows were spacious, so it was comfortable. I had a good rest at a good accommodation in Paris.

I had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s place. Small but efficient. Always had my breakfast at home. It was wonderful to have the balcony and the wonderful view of Paris and many landmarks as well. Getting to and from the apartment on foot or using metro was very easy. Vincent was very communicative and welcoming. A friend of his welcomed me on my arrival and showed me around the apartment. I was very comfortable and felt safe. I certainly would return to Vincent’s place when I return to Paris.😁❤️ I felt at home and relaxed. Thank you so much. Hope to see you again soon.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Apartment as described, clean and very nice. The instructions were clear and the host is responsive. In short, I will come back with my eyes closed

We had a nice time in Christelle and Smail's apartment. The proximity to Paris was perfect. You could get to the center of Paris in 30 minutes by public transport. We'd love to come back!

We visited Nicolas’s space on our honeymoon! The apartment was perfect. The view was incredible. Nicolas provided an abundance of both local and nonlocal recommendations. I wish we had time to explore all of them. The few that we did try, he was on point, he knows good food. You can’t beat the location. We walked to Montmartre, Galeries Lafayette, The Lourve, The Eiffel Tower, etc. it’s not far to get to the metro either. You have everything you would need to cook a meal and there’s a mini supermarket right around the corner. The views at night are worth the price. We will be back!

My stay at Laurence’s beautiful apartment was amazing and just what I was hoping for. It was less than a 5 min walk to Pere Lachaise and less than a minute from the metro stop. The cafe right on the corner was amazing and the epicerie across the street had a great selection of food and drinks. I couldn’t have picked a better vacation spot. I highly recommend and hope to visit again!

The area is very calm and beautiful and super practical with the public transport. The apartment was cozy, very clean and comfortable. Best of all, Brigitte was very kind and polite. We felt like home! Definitely we would come back and stay in the apartment. Thanks for everything Brigitte!

Veronika's place is comfortable and spotless, ideally located near the Accor Arena Bercy concert hall. The small desk and the good WiFi connection allowed me to work remotely efficiently in the afternoon. Quiet and well-insulated accommodation.
