It has a private garden space overlooking nearby woodland. There is an open plan living & sleeping space with double doors opening onto the decking creating an inside out feel. The location offers easy access to neary towns and coastal spots: Studland, Corfe, Wareham, Dorchester, Lulworth, Swange, Weymouth.

Stylish self-contained annexe in rural mid Dorset

A thoughtfully designed space for two in glorious, peaceful Dorset countryside. Located on the edge of the lovely village of Hilton, this is a perfect place to hunker down for a few days or to use as a base for exploring all the amazing places that Dorset has to offer, all within easy reach. We are a gentle half hour stroll from Milton Abbey which is set in a magnificent Capability Brown landscape. We are also an easy trip (approximately 20 miles) from the spectacular Jurassic coast.

The self contained Garden Room Annex

The private Annex has it's own access via the rear garden and is connected to the house via a lockable door. The Annex is a bed sitting room with basic kitchen facilities, a shower room and outside area, all for your sole use. You can choose a Large double or 2 single beds in the room. Towels, soap and linen are provided. Teas/coffee/milk available in the room. TV, Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan, iron/board, plates, cutlery. There's an Airfryer available on request.

Welcome to Willow Tree Farm. We have a lovely large private studio with stunning views from its own balcony across the Dorset countryside. Our space is perfect for two adults to escape the rat race and unwind. The studio has a country theme with a comfy Super King Bed, sofa, an indoor table for two, a TV as well as a large en-suite bathroom. Outside you'll find your own private balcony with garden furniture and a BBQ just down the steps below.

Ten minutes drive to Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove and Ringstead Bay. Plenty of coastal and country walks to choose from. The barn consists of one bedroom with a superking bed. Large bathroom and open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area all delightfully decorated.
