The house is perfect for a relaxing vacation. We used the optional sauna and the snow shoes and had wonderful time. Our host was Neo who is a very nice and caring person. We can recommend the Jaeger Adventure Camp very much!

The house of Trond was perfect ! Many activities were possible at Jaeger Adventure Camp (Check it on internet). We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host's friendliness, flexibility, and attention to detail made our experience truly exceptional. The surrounding nature, especially the stunning fjord, added a breathtaking backdrop to our trip. Highly recommend!

It is a beautiful house with nature all around you. The Sauna is really nice. The last 10km can be difficult to drive depending on weather and/or season, but it is worth it. We would come again!

We had the greatest time at the Airbnb. Booking and communication with the host was super easy. We immediately felt at home. The Airbnb feels super cozy and well maintained. Even though it might take a little longer to drive to certain places on Senja, we were very happy with the location in Husøy since the island has a great charme to it. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb

We felt very comfortable in the lovingly furnished old house on the Kattfjord and enjoyed the magnificent views of mountains and water. From the kitchen table we could watch the northern lights! The electric heating worked well, shower, kitchen all fine! We used TV as a radio. The 2 pairs of snowshoes were very useful because there had been almost 1 meter of fresh snow in our week - a picture book landscape! The landlord was very friendly and helpful.

Harek's place was quite easy to find. It was very cosy, the rooms were lovely and clean. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. And the view was spectacular!

Beautiful and large cabin overlooking the tiny harbour of Skrolsvik. Keep in mind that this is a remote location at the southwestern tip of Senja island (around 65km to Finnsnes and 18km to the next supermarket) - if you are looking for a quiet place, this should be perfect. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Andreas was very kind and always answered promptly to the few questions we had. When there was an issue with the warm water supply, he managed to get it fixed on the long Pentecost weekend. Really excellent! For activities nearby, there are a few options: visit the Gammelbutikken in Skrolsvik (opens in June); walk up Sjursviktinden (837m with great views); take the boat to Harstad (3x a week); take a dip in the sea at the small beach below Skrolsvik Fort; enjoy delicious fish soup at Hyttekroa (40 minutes drive). If the weather makes outdoor activities difficult, you can always enjoy the view through the panoramic windows across the fjord to the mountains of Grytøya island.

Great very individually furnished house with very well equipped kitchen. The host took very good care of us. He was very accessible, gave us excursion destinations and supported us with the latest weather reports. We will be happy to come back.

Roar’s cabin was an experience we’ll never forget. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the location. The combination of towering mountains and the calm, glistening fjords was like stepping into a dream. I didn’t even have to leave the cabin to see the aurora borealis, it danced in its full glory across the sky, visible right from the terrace, and watching it felt like pure magic. Just make sure to turn off the lights! The cabin itself was perfect, cozy and spotlessly clean that I felt at home the instant I walked in, which is something I rarely experience when traveling. Every little detail seemed thoughtfully prepared to make me comfortable. And then there was Roar. What an incredible person, kind, helpful, and always ready with advice. Talking with him made the trip feel even more personal and special. His warmth and hospitality truly set this place apart. Staying at his cabin wasn’t just a getaway, it was an experience that touched our soul in a deep way!

What a fantastic time I had at this Airbnb. The location is nothing short of magical, a true winter wonderland. Private, silent and beautiful. Spending the nights standing in the snow illuminated by the waxing moon with stunning Aurora displays above all 4 nights. If you're looking to explore Senja this is the place to stay. Tommy is an incredibly kind person and it was a pleasure meeting and chatting with him. He shared my passion for nature and the Aurora and he puts a lot of care into your stay. This is a place to leave everything behind, get outside and get back to nature. A true arctic experience to be plowing snow from the driveway, collecting firewood and standing in the middle of snowstorms. I can't wait to visit again.

We were in transit in Norway. It was a very pleasant home where we stayed with our family. It's nice to explore the area from there. Unfortunately, we were unlucky with the weather and could not do the whale Safari at sea due to too much wind. But then we have to come back again. 😉

We felt very comfortable in Eivinds and Kristin's house from the beginning, nothing was missing, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. Communication with both was very good. We love to relax by the fireplace after a day out and were worried that the existing wood for 3 evenings is not enough. Without hesitation, Eivind activated his father and shortly after, there was an additional wooden bag outside the door. His family also surprised us with freshly roasted fish fries - a great and warm gesture! The sauna is also great and very spacious. The bed for two quite tight, soft mattress, the bedding is great and cuddly! We can fully recommend the house.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is like a private Naturobservatorium! The welcome and care by Ann Karin was incredibly warm and the house very comfortable. Nature is unique.
