There is open living room/kitchen and in the living room there is TV. Have internet. There is no dishwasher or washing machine at the cabin. There is a private parking lot. Popular mountains for randonees. From the property you can go directly up to Storhaugen. Sorbmegáisá is also nearby. Short distance to other mountains. Wood fired Sauna and grill hut. Bicycles, snowshoes. Beds are fully made.

Authentic and Romantic Lodge close to nature

Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

Cottage is 250 m from the main road so in winter times you need 4wd car for going there! Price pr night to hire the jacuzzie is 50 euro. price pr night for the sauna is 30 euro. Offer this season a rent car SUV with 4wd; Range Rover Sport for 160 euro pr day.

It can hardly be described - it has to be experienced. You live on the outer side of the adventure island Senja. You can't get closer to nature - with a glass facade of almost 30 sqm you have the feeling of sitting outside while sitting inside. Whether it's midnight sun or northern lights - it's never boring to look at the sea, mountains and wildlife along Bergsfjorden. The cabin was completed in autumn 2018 and is of high standard.
