The cottage has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a family bunk for three. Open living/kitchen area. No dishwasher but a fantastic view while doing the job. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Nice outdoor areas with dining groups, sofa group and gas grill. The cabin is located about 200 meters from parking and a path takes you to swimming opportunities in 5-7 minutes.

The city center of Fredrikstad and the college, is only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to the free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. Nice cottage on large, warm and child-friendly plot with sun all day. The cabin is substantially refurbished the later years, with new kitchen, newer bathrooms and bright cozy bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex with four beds as well as a private toilet. The cabin has a large porch with several seating areas. It is of course nice to be here in the summer, but the cabin is well insulated, with wood burning in addition to a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option for autumn and winter as well.

From here you take 10 min to Gamlebyen, 15 min to Fredrikstad city center and 25 min to Svinesund. There is a short distance to swimming areas and the campsite and the convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is from 1850 and is completely renovated in 2022. The porch is perfect for late summer evenings, undisturbed and with lovely views.
