Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

Spacious, light-flooded rooms allow an unobstructed view into the beautifully landscaped garden. On the ground floor there is 1 living room with a spacious dining area, as well as a large modernly furnished kitchen and a guest toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one of them with an open bathroom en suite and a smaller bathroom.

Enjoy the island of Rügen from its center in this quiet and centrally-located accommodation. Our old estate is in the middle of Rügen. On Reischvitz it is really dark and really quiet in the evening. A treat! When you open the loggia door to the park, the birds wake you up in the morning. From here, you can reach the Bodden with a sandy beach and enchanting sunset in 10 minutes. Or in 5 minutes at the Störtebeker Festival. The Baltic Sea beach is 20 minutes away.

Built in 2019, the house sits on the edge of a small vacation home area and has a large terrace. The lovingly furnished bedrooms are each equipped with a large bed, TV and dresser. From here, the island can be explored in all directions. Our Landkate has a modern-clear ambiance, furnished in a mixture of Nordic design, vintage furniture and Grandma Elisabeth's kitchen buffet. Through large windows you can look from all sides into the wide sky and at meadows and forests.

Die Wohnung befindet sich auf unserem Reiterhof , ca. 2 km von Bergen entfernt ( keine direkte Anbindung an die Öffis ). Zum Einkaufen sind es 5 Automin. an die Strände und Hotspots der Insel ca. 20 min. Die Naturbühne von Ralswiek ( Störtebeker Festspiele ) ist nur 2 km entfernt.
