Two km away is Sala Silver mine and into the city center it is about five km. Bicycles are available to borrow.

Welcome to this cozy nest at the Dalälven edge, 5 km outside Hedemora. Grill on the patio, sauna and take a swim from your own jetty. Indoors there is a modern kitchen, toilet with shower, fireplace, TV and wifi. The sauna is wood-fired and the plot bathes in the sun in the mornings, sun all the way into the afternoon down on the jetty. Firewood and canoe are on site for a fee. Liljendal Green is a small paradise of its own, hidden in the deep forests of Bergslagen. Maximum comfort for 15-16 persons. With a non-professional football pitch, volleyball-net, kubb, crocket or strolling around the grounds. The lake side offers kayaking, swimming, a small rowing boat and fishing. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.
