Finn's Frolic is our charming, new country tiny home. Less than 2 hours DC, Charlottesville. Beautiful farm, mountain views, deck, fire pit, charcoal grill, much more. Landscaping is in the works ! Kitchen is fully equipped, vintage & new dinner wear. Living room has an electric fireplace, huge picture window, comfy love seat. The bedroom is up traditional stairs: loft bedroom, 7 foot sloped ceiling. Great place to relax, base for visits to local wineries, attractions! Perfectly imperfect!

We built this light-filled, romantic aerie to highlight extraordinary views of The Massanutten and the Blue Ridge Mountains, The Shenandoah Valley, rows and rows of apple trees, and abundant wildlife, all from your front porch. The two-story cottage could be a base for all your Shenandoah Valley Travels or a comfortable and cozy place for your farm vacation.

Tiny Tree House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This brand new, 550 square foot tiny house in the trees has everything you need, and is designed with a local feel. Minutes from George Washington National Forest and dry river. The cabin is only 20 minutes from downtown Harrisonburg. Note that this cabin has one bedroom downstairs, and one bed upstairs in the loft area accessible by ship ladder style steps. The loft is a sleeping area but does not have it’s own door.

Creekside Tiny Cabin aside a Mountain Stream

Creekside is a 312 square foot (plus loft) secluded Tiny Cabin. It is nestled in the woods, with mountain views and absolutely stunning night skies. A picturesque year-round mountain stream is less than 50 feet from the cabin porch. The modern cabin was designed to be comfortable and appealing. Every "tiny" detail was considered. Although the cabin may have limited square footage, it feels roomy and uncrowded.
