The stay was excellent. The apartment is very well located, close to Avenida de Maio, with supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The space was impeccable. There were extra bed linen, towels and a hair dryer. The building is old and very beautiful. I was very well received and every time I contacted them, I was attended to quickly and very kindly. It was definitely worth the choice. I intend to return to Buenos Aires and stay again.

The truth is that with the family and friends we fell in love with the apartment, the excellent location and the attention of the guys was remarkable!!!

We stayed 15 days at Sebastian and Sofia's house. It was impeccable, very clean, very well-equipped, very bright and with many good taste details, just as seen in the photos. In the kitchen there is a PSA filter. The grill inside has very good draft. Outside we enjoyed the pool, sun loungers and armchairs, occasionally seeing foxes and hares. Neighborhood is very quiet. They left us an excellent welcome gift, even for our dogs!!! We felt very comfortable during this stay. It is highly recommended. Sebastian and Sofia were helpful at all times. We consider them SUPER hosts!!

Great welcome beautiful property with super nice and quiet pool,clean ,the host is great really , very responsive and lives in two houses in the place so super convenient, I really recommend the house and quinta are super well maintained. Thank you so much for our stay it was great!.

Thank you Facundo for having us at your place. We were right at home. We spent days of sun and pool and rainy days playing in the gallery. We rest and enjoy the park. Spotless Omtido and the larger space than we thought - both the park and the interior. We'll be back soon !!!

The stay was excellent. We spent 40 days with my family (which includes a child and a baby) and the house was very comfortable and practical. It had everything needed for a long stay and the location is very good, in a quiet neighborhood and close to the different points of interest. Communication with Rosario during the booking was very quick and easy. In addition to all the above, Emilio's quality as a host should be noted. At all times she cared that we were comfortable and always responded quickly and with a very good predisposition to any questions. He and his wife and child also helped us with issues that were not linked to the accommodation, demonstrating great solidarity and human warmth. We have been to many AirBNBs in different parts of the world and we have never had such outstanding hosts. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

The property is beautiful in green 🌿 and tranquility. Ideal for disconnecting as a family or friends. The house is in an antique style, if you like, it goes with you. Then the service was very attentive to carry out the agreements we need. I recommend it

Fran and his father Alberto were very responsive when I reached out to contact them. The location of the apartment in on Santa Fe avenue which is a rather busy street but at night the traffic slows down and I could not hear any noise from the street. The apartment is on the 5th floor (ground floor is 0). The location is excellent to reached cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, flower shops, bakery shops meat and produce stores. You can take the number 152 bus at the corner to go to Puerto Madero or La Boca. the main boulevard in BA, 9 de Julio is only 3 blocks to your right leaving the front door of the apartment building. Access to many locations can be reached by walking or taking a bus. The Sube car is a must. You can buy it at a convient store called 25 Horas. There is one at the airport. Don't use the ATM machines to get local currency. You can only get about $30 US dollars and they charge you $12 to get the maximum amount of 30,000 pesos. Go to Florida Ave to exchang

I loved my stay at this home. The place is very clean, the bed is impeccable, with clean sheets and extras in case you are cold. Mara's kindness and warmth give the place a plus. Always attentive and very flexible with schedules. Thank you Mara for everything!

This is a classic San Telmo apartment with high ceilings, concrete floors and unique window detailing. It was very hot in Buenos Aires during my six week stay but the apartment remained relatively cool and comfortable. Most important, its very quiet. Aside from the occasional barking dog, its one of quietest apartments I have stayed in many months. And for that, I give it a big thumbs up.
