We loved this air bnb! It was perfect for me, my husband, and our two dogs. We loved the house and location! Beautiful neighborhood to walk our girls, but also close to lots of restaurants and little shops.

The house was spacious and comfortable. Our group of five adults enjoyed meals and games at the table and a movie night in the living room. The local neighborhood was very nice for walking. We enjoyed checking out a nearby park. Communication was prompt.

Frank was amazing. The house was also amazing and roomie. I will for sure be using this air bnb again. Thank you so much for your hospitality and letting us rent your space.

Enjoy our Day trip in this Cozy Royal oak property! The owner was kind, responsive and super helpful. The pictures/property was exactly as stated! My sons enjoyed the room with the bunk beds their own personal tv. Master bedroom was lovely and my Father n Law enjoyed the down stairs bedroom. Everything was Nice. 👍🏽 Thanks to Quiera and team.

We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect location for us while visiting family in the area. We worked remotely, so having the second bedroom set up as an office was perfect for us and the wifi worked well for video calls. The bed was on the firmer side, but was comfortable. We'd love to stay here again in the future!

Firstly Brandon is a great host. He checked on us twice while our stay. The place is really clean, has everything you need. The street is really quiet. Overall good experience

The Pearl was exactly as described in the description. The home was very nice and clean. Estee was quick at responding. We enjoyed it!

This house was absolutely perfect for my husband, my dog, and me. The backyard was so big, well kept, and I sat out there every morning on the deck watching my pup run and play. We didn't get a chance to use the fire pit, but we did get to sit under the trees with my sister and enjoy the afternoon. Both sides of neighbors were friendly and quiet and because of the layout of the lawn, we could also set ourselves up for privacy.

Our favorite home on Airbnb! Updated and clean! We always have a great time when we stay here. Host immediately responds and is extremely accommodating. I highly recommend this home and host. Simply the best!

We found this home last year during the death of my father and have stayed multiple times since then. This stay was for my mother's funeral. It feels like home and was very comfortable.

Very nice clean and spacious. Plenty of games and activities to do. Very big back yard the pool was nice the fire pit was great for at night. Location was nice and private area. Highly recommended

Super responsive and the place was very nice! There are two entrances so finding the lockbox to get into the building was confusing at first but the host was able to help me! Very lovely places but a bit echoey.

The space is light filled with evocative views…ethereal and restful!

We stayed for a month with our 2 dogs. Fenced yard with a doggie door. Table and chairs on patio were used by us frequently. Propane grill and charcoal grills were there, but we didn’t use them. We were on a mission to buy a house in the metro area, and Sam’s place was our cozy base- so nice to come home to. We purchased a pass for the amazing Royal Oak dog park- which I highly recommend. Sam anticipated travel needs with a lot of special touches. Nice cookware, some kitchen staples were already present, and the ninja drip coffee maker had a handy foaming attachment. No need for a trip to the barista! Very close to Trader Joe’s. Relaxing strolls downtown RO with our 2 pups capped off our evenings. Beds were comfy, and linens soft and thick. Big name brand TV’s, and fast internet. Screened in porch for the rainy days was cozy. The whole stay felt luxurious. Would not hesitate to stay there again, we are really going to miss this place. This place is amazing! If you’re like me and trying to decide between a few different Airbnbs for your trip to Detroit, just pick this one! It’s cute, comfortable, and welcoming! It’s in a great location with lots of restaurants and shopping close by! We will definitely be staying here next time we visit Detroit! Amber and Corey both are great hosts who respond quickly and make sure you are taken care of, I can’t thank them enough for being great hosts!

We had a good stay and the location was perfect for our home base. The beds were quite comfy, which is always nice since you never know what kind of mattress you'll be sleeping on until you have to sleep on it. The hosts were very nice, easy to communicate with and very responsive. The Airbnb was super cute with tons of space. We did have an issue with hot water while we were there, but Rachel was quick to respond and help resolve it. One thing of note is that the walls are crazy thin and you can hear almost everything on either side, as people were staying in those adjacent apartments. Thankfully, everyone was respectful and quiet at night. With that said, definitely bring an eye mask and ear plugs for sleeping if you are sensitive to noise and light while you sleep. The bedrooms face 9 mile and it's a busy downtown where people are out and about late due to being a popular night life area. The location was perfect for us. We loved being able to walk to so many shops and restaurants.

Chris was very responsive with any issues we had and took care of everything we needed quickly and efficiently. We would definitely rent this house again next time we're in town. We enjoyed it very much during our holiday visit and it felt like the perfect Christmas house! Thank you for everything Chris and Happy New Year!!

Elainea's condo was a nice size with full kitchen and our stay was peaceful and quiet. Elainea was very responsive to any questions, and I would stay again if in the area!

Charming house with a good amount of space in a very nice neighborhood. very clean and homey.

Michael's place was awesome, the amenities are over the top - we didn't have time to use everything he has to offer. Our dog also loved the house - even though it's not completely fenced in, we were able to use our car to keep her up totally in the backyard.. We felt very safe and welcome in the neighborhood, very walkable and pretty. The house was situated perfectly with everything we wanted to do in the Detroit area... We will definitely stay here again, when we come back up to the Mitten state!

Roger was a responsive and accommodating host who was willing to work with us to make sure his house would suit the needs of our long term work trip. The house was very nicely appointed and looked either newly built or very recently updated; definitely nicer than many others in the area. Additionally, it’s not too far from some good restaurants, bars, etc. Will definitely look to book this house in the future if ever in the area again.
