Antonio is a fantastic host. Super responsive and very helpful especially with recommendations for local walks and for helping with animal health certificate requirements for returning to the UK. The house was big enough for the 11 of us and there was plenty for all of us to do for the whole week we were there. Any issues we had were resolved incredibly quickly by Antonio. Just a short walk from the house is a lovely little cafe that sells baguettes, coffee and some alcohol - very reasonably priced but please note only takes cash which caught us out on our first visit. We visited Balmaseda a couple of times which has an incredible bakery which I would very much recommend. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk but we didn’t get the train whilst we were there - it may have been quicker to get to bilbao and something to check out if you visit again. Really lovely hosts always ensuring everything was just perfect. Very thoughtful leaving little local gifts of yoghurt and fruit for us. It is a very quiet place, great views and walks close by. I would say hire car important to explore the local Urdaubai area.

Fantastic hospitality the people of Catalan are very friendly and the property was amazing but you definitely need a car to stay here as there nothing around no shops

The stay at Carmen's place was great! Communication with her from the first moment has been very good and has clarified all the doubts that could have arisen for us! The house is great and has enough space for all the guests it marks in the description. We have gone with two babies under 2 years old and they have also really enjoyed the stay! The shame is that it has made us bad weather and we could not enjoy the garden but we did not have the bbq of which the accommodation has. All the stays are equipped with what you need and the heating in autumn winter works great! The environment of the place is beautiful so in good weather it has to be a joy to enjoy it! Enclave privileged by the view. It's perfect for relaxing if you're going through but you'd also like to stay longer. You sit on a family farm. The host was very attentive to our arrival

Brilliant place to stay, 40 mins from Bilbao, nice and quiet countryside location, the next village has a couple of bars and restaurants and a really nice bakery.. Alberto’s house was beautiful, I will definitely be back in the future… even message me the best ways to get to Bilbao stadium and home on European cup final night..

The house is incredible! Ideal for large groups and with plenty of space. Clean and spacious rooms and a huge garden with a covered barbecue. The kitchen is very good too, very well equipped. If you want to be at ease with friends/family, this is the place for you. Communication with Jorge was very easy and immediate. Spending a weekend in a castle was amazing! We would definitely repeat! 😊

The house was really nice. As shown and had everything we needed. Great to be able to bring our dog, and the two outdoor spaces were a real bonus. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the shower is excellent. Restaurants nearby were very overhyped on Google. Lovely walks straight from the house or a short drive, and a lake about 20 mins away was great for a swim. We didn’t meet the owner, but communication was fast and helpful.

The stay was great. The host Luis Mari super willing and friendly. The place is spectacular surrounded by nature and calm. We will be back for sure!

Spacious clean home, with a large outdoor area. Fully equipped home. Peace, quiet. A home located a short distance from the beaches. Very good communication with the host. Recommended

A wonderful accommodation in a beautiful environment. Really enjoyed the tranquility, the cottage and the surroundings. Upon arrival, the fireplace was already on and there was a delicious homemade cake ready and fresh eggs. Communicated well with the host using Google Translate.

Great house for exploring a wonderful area. Easy to walk into town, 15 mins. The local trains are great value. Great beaches, cycling and walking. House was ideal for us. Balcony has the best view but perhaps needs an upgrade. Javier was very helpful, brews good homemade wine.

Hi Susanna Janeen and I loved staying in your cosy stone cottage by a river with a beautiful timbered setting. Easy to to, convenient location as we had a car. Well equipped, Comfortable and with great innovative furnishing ideas. Very interesting village close by with everything one could want. thanks a lot, Jon & Janeen.

This is by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. The house itself is incredible and the surrounding property that it sits on is gorgeous. Everything, and more, that you might need is provided, from washing detergent to olive oil. We stayed here for 8 nights with 3 kids, explored the area, and had a marvelous time. Jose waited for us upon our arrival and showed us around. Such a nice gentleman! Communication with him prior to our arrival and all throughout our stay was flawless. He gave us great suggestions and was always available to answer questions. I cannot recommend this house enough, our time here was an absolute dream. Thank you Jose!
