Studio by the Sea is located at the lower Western end of our property listing name Gemstones. Entry is through French doors which opens onto it's own private patio. Upon entry into the apartment the kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and refrigerator, microwave and a coffee machine. This very large open plan King size bedding area comfortably accommodate 2 guests only. This private and peaceful unit is tucked away in paradise. Only a walk away from the best beaches Bermuda has to offer.

Pool house in a garden setting (+ EV chargers)

The pool house has a queen bed and its own bathroom + shower. It is next to our house in a spacious yard in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Bus stop is a 3 minute walk, John Smith's Bay beach 5 minutes and grocery store 12 minutes away. We also have a Labrador that roams the property. There's cable tv (includes HBO and Showtime) free wifi.
