The house is an old Lagar in which grapes were pressed decades ago to obtain wine, converted into an exclusive rustic apartment house, studio type. Capacity for four people spread over a Queen Size bed and a comfortable sofa bed of 200 by 150 cm. In the middle of nature, ideal for disconnecting and for couples with and without children. There are numerous hiking, cycling, and other activity trails in the surrounding area.

On the ground floor of our home, independent, with full kitchen, wifi, fiber 600 MB, Smart TV, living room and bedroom, fireplace, garden and barbecue. Pool shared with the owners and another place for two people. 45 km from Madrid capital, very good communication by car and bus. Close to supermarkets, hospital, schools, bus stop and all kinds of services.
