House holiday rentals in Berry Hill

We were there for a quick weekend in Nashville and this place was perfect! The unit was clean and the decorations were cute. The unit was more spacious than expected which was a plus. The unit faces the back of the building and it was on a relatively quiet street, and street parking was available for additional cars. Broadway is about a 30 min walk or a 7 minute uber (we ubered since they were relatively cheap; average $12). It was also close to The Gulch which was awesome. The host was responsive when we had a question about parking and even let us check in a little early! I would recommend this place and likely book again!

This was a nice relaxing stay after being on the road most of the day coming home from a beach vacation. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but we enjoyed the beauty of the wooded and water surroundings and the quiet and calmness of our space. Thanks for a nice stay 😊

Great location. Close to downtown and 12 South, but in a quiet location and lowkey surroundings. House looked just like its photos. We were comfortable and happy with our choice.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Anthony is an amazing host, he made the stay super easy and had awesome recommendations for Nashville! Would highly recommend this spot!

I’ve rented Issac home about 3/4 time and every time it’s a joy being there for a few days. Even this time a movie theater was added even though we didn’t do a movie night but just to see that was a big up grade to the house. Phenomenal home I recommended. 10/10

This home is great! Everything we needed was there for our family of five. And, with the hot tub, pool, game room and well stocked kitchen this place offered much fun and activities right in the home! The location is an easy drive or Uber to downtown; you can be in the heart of Nashville fun in 15 minutes. We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home.

Loved our stay in 12 South. House was extremely clean with everything you could possibly need. Location is perfect…just a quick walk to 12 South Ave with great shopping & restaurants. I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Nashville!

When we first stepped in, we were welcomed by music and scent diffuser. This is one of the most stunning and well decorated spaces I’ve ever seen. All of the amenities were super luxurious. We will never forget how insanely comfortable the bed and couch were. The bed was literally like sleeping on a cloud, which is perfect after a long day out on Broadway. It also is only an 8 minute drive to Broadway. We can’t wait to stay here again.

This home was truly beautiful. It was spacious and clean and provided a "home away from home" feel. It was easy to check in and the home had everything you could possibly need. The yard is spacious for those who enjoy outside time. The only thing, and not necessarily a negative thing, is the home is located just off a major interstate. The home is well insulated so that wasn't really an issue for us. But it provides ease of access to almost anywhere in the city. Jeff was very kind and made our trip very special. I would 100% stay here again!

This place was perfect for our families Nashville stay. Easy to get to and from downtown and other parts of the city, parking was no problem. And the area was a great area to get a morning jog in. Brody was an extremely responsive host and even called me to quickly get me some answers. I would 10/10 stay here again.

The accomodation was great, close to town, spacious, nice roof top to prepare for the evening and clean on arrival with each amenity listed. Alex was also an extremely attentive host, very responsive, friendly and keen to make what was already a great trip that bit better with a host of local reccomendations. Would reccomend this place to anybody planning a trip to Nashville!

Pristine, cozy, home away from home. I don’t have enough characters available to rave about this place. It was so spotlessly clean and the host was very helpful and friendly. One of my biggest searches when looking on Airbnb is a comfy looking bed and this one met those expectations! I hate the feeling of “I can’t wait to be in my own bed” and didn’t have that here!! I loved the little details like the snacks and local recommendations (which we tried and LOVED). And not once did I ever have to say “I wish there was (item)” because everything we needed was available at the house. There are certain things that I make sure to always bring with me on trips in order to feel more at home and somehow these guys managed to check everything on my OCD list. That’s a first for anywhere I’ve stayed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was a perfect house for our party to rent. We were two families (10 people total). There was ample space for everyone and plenty to keep the teenagers entertained. The decor was super cool and put us in a Music City state of mind. Steve is a great host- extremely responsive. I would definitely recommend this house!

My family and I loved our stay at this beautiful home! It was spacious, clean, and beds were comfortable. The management team was friendly and helpful with things to do around the city. The home had all the supplies needed to get us through a long weekend stay. We were in a quiet neighborhood-we could hear the train in the distance, but it did not interrupt our sleep at all. We enjoyed the pool table and the snacks we found on the counter in a basket from the team-so thoughtful! We highly recommend this beautiful home and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Chelsea’s place. The location was super convenient to downtown. We really appreciated how kid - friendly the home was. Our kids loved having toys available, but the highlight for them was the fully stocked art room! Another highlight was the pool. Perfect for cooling off on those hot Nashville days.

this was my first ABB experience and they made it amazing!! From having a little coffee maker to soft bed, beautiful room, amazing shower and friendly host!! I will definitely come back! I would definitely recommend them if your looking to go to Nashville!! all and all AMAZING!!

This is our second time at this location and we enjoy everything about it. It is clean, has everything you would need for a long weekend stay. The property is big enough for our group of 8 and we enjoy sitting on the rooftop deck and relaxing. Laura is always responsive and friendly. We will be staying again with her. Thank you for being great hosts and making our stay enjoyable.
