This former tannery dating from the 19th century is located in the heart of the village of Sainte-Eulalie-d'Olt, a village of artists ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, in the territory of the Aubrac Regional Nature Park. La Tannerie, with a capacity of 10 people, will offer its occupants a set of about 300 m2 of living space, completely renovated, on a 1500 m2 enclosed plot with a 12x4 swimming pool and bordered by a stream.

La Petite Maison is in the center of the village of Bertholène, in a wooded garden, fully enclosed (shared with the owner), your pets are welcome!! Terrace access, pool on the roof of the contiguous barn, (reserved only for tenants during your stay). Stone house: shower room, kitchenette and living room on the garden level, bedroom with cabinets upstairs,(steep staircase). Possibility to bring your vehicle in front of the house and storage of your bikes in the shelter!

It is equipped with a shower room, toilet, equipped kitchen, TV and Wi-Fi. Free street parking is available (proximity depending on remaining spaces). The house is located in a quiet area of Rodez near the peaceful green site of Layoule (5 km walking trail along the Aveyron). The bed is made when you check-in.
