Il Fienile del Poggiolo was just as I had imagined it after seeing the photos: an enchanted place of peace and beauty. A well-kept outdoor space full of flowers and plants where you can linger between food, chatter and good reading; the swimming pool - a blue jewel in an expanse of greenery - a stone's throw from the house and the barn, a rustic but well-kept environment, perfectly in line with the tradition of Tuscan farmhouses. A week of absolute relaxation to enjoy the countryside and the starry sky! Maria Luisa was a welcoming and discreetreet host, very kind and always available to meet our needs. Thank you!

We had such a great stay - charming house with plenty of space in beautiful surroundings. Marco was a great host, very responsive and helpful and provided us with fans and a new coffee machine when the old one suddenly stopped working. The pool was clean and inviting. We missed a few pieces of equipment in the kitchen (we cooked every day and evening) but otherwise the house had everything and I would really recommend everyone to visit Ginanni Fantuzzi 1824.

Our extended family stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the house and the area. Very comfortable with ample room for our family - 3 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms - there was room for everyone. Tredozio is a cute town with ample restaurants and typical Italian shops. The butcher and the delicatessen are the best. If you need it there is a brand nAme supermarket only about 10 minutes away.

The accommodation was comfortable. The pool and garden are nice, too bad for the many bees.

An absolute oasis of well-being in a fantastic environment/nature. Just the thing to escape the daily grind. We immediately felt very comfortable and were happy to come back! Absolutely recommended! Thanks for the great stay, Andrea!

We'd highly recommend this! The house is located nearby lovely authentic Italian villages but you still have all the privacy you need. With your car, you can reach shops and lots of restaurants within 10mins. At the house itself you have everything you need: all the equipment you need and an amazing view and pool. Roberta is the best, she helped us with planning our activities and is also very responsive. We would definitely come back here :)

The place is beautiful, sparkling clean and it has everything you need. We were the only ones there, so it was super relaxed for us. However, you have to like living completely secluded and the journey from the village to the house takes 15 minutes up the mountain.

We were delighted with our stay at Villa Moneti. The house is very beautiful, well furnished and clean. We appreciated the availability of the owners, always very responsive and pleasant. We highly recommend it for a quiet stay by the pool;)

We had a lovely stay at Petra’s villa in Poppi. The house was even prettier than the images showed and very clean. The pool area was lovely with a great view over Poppi. Petra was really friendly and easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is absolutely stunning!!! The views are amazing and the location peaceful. The home is a true luxurious Italian villa. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking for two or for a big group. The pool is stunning. There is even an elevator! The beds are great, we slept like babies Leonardo and his wife are extremely kind hosts, responsive, generous, and very helpful. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully located villa! We were a group of six family members, and we made full use of both kitchens and living areas, the many outdoor seating/dining options, and the swimming pool. We spent much of our time there outdoors admiring the views and soaking it all in -- it was a wonderful place to relax for a week. Do know that there is no AC, but even in the heat wave we had it was not a big issue, as the nighttime breezes help cool the upstairs sleeping quarters (the main floor was always cool). It proved a great location for day trips to other towns/sites in the region and/or for walking into the town of Brisighella itself. Marco was very helpful with recommendations and tips.

We were a group of 32 with young to older childern. What a wonderfull stay. The Hostess was very friendly and helpful. She was always reachable and was always ready to help with questions or recommendations, writing often about interesting events, markets and towns to visit. She also gifted us 2 Evening meals which were both very tasty. The House was amazing, had everything we needed, was clean and had a lot of space. One could see that a lot of love and thought went into this house. The Location is beautiful, in a very small town in the hills of Toscany, 10 min from Pratovecchio which has a large grocery, petrolstation and smaller cafès. If you want to relax, enjoy the food, wine and countryside Toscany has to offer, this is the place for you. There is really nothing negative we can say about our stay there. The House and Hostess were amazing.

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The views were absolutely breathtaking and made every morning special. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. We had a great time at this villa. The house is huge, well-maintained, and very welcoming. Accurately and attentively chosen furnishings to offer different experiences and special services (living room that becomes a cinema room!). The outdoor spaces are spectacular, especially the garden and indoor rooms, perfect for relaxing. It has everything you need for both work and fun. Amazing place to stay goth friends or family! Very cozy, lazy, fresh air, amazing view from each window! The interior and exterior is such a beauty and aestetic😍 Pinterest vibe all around! The kitchen is fully supplied, dish washer/washing mashing,two bathrooms,airon,fireplace and a lot of kids stuff too! We were travelling in April and it was a bit cold at night, because rooms are big. Very friendly family and cats:) Love this place!planing to go back one day for sure!

Poggio ll is a dream spot The loveliest airbnb place by far we've been to The whole family agreed There was no detail the hosts hadn't considered in ensuring the guests' comfort The decor was tops, in keeping with the age of the property The grounds and vistas enchanting The pool perfect for cooling off in the heat A quick drive to Firenze but, frankly, you wouldn't want to leave. Adele's place is spellbinding

Francesco and his parents were amazing hosts! The house and the garden are amazing and very clean. Our kids had lots of fun in the swimming pool! You definitely need a car to visit the surrounding cities, we went on daily trips to Florence, Siena, Bologna, San Giminiano, etc. Also, there are restaurants and grocery stores shopping venues in walkable distance. We strongly recommend Francesco’s place if you are looking for a Tuscan getaway 🙏🏻

Large property with private pool and in a quiet idyllic location. 😊 We had a great 14 days in Davide's accommodation and were a total of 10 people incl. children. The house with private pool and the large property leaves almost nothing to be desired. A car is needed to get to Pesaro to the beach and is in approx. 20-30 minutes. Davide was always easy to reach and gave us a great regional food basket as a welcome gift. Thanks again for that.

We had a wonderful warm stay the the beautiful la Poderina Vila, the villa surrounded by beautiful nature and amazing river just at the backyard and the place itself is super beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need for a long stay ❤️ Fransesco our host was always so kind and warm and willing to help and recommend on nice places to visit and it really felt like he want us to enjoy our stay ! Thank you so much dear Fransesco for a wonderful and amazing vacation!’ We absolutely loved every minute of it ❤️

If you want a beautiful house with lovely garden and a fantastic pool overlooking the Toscana hills this is it. And Francesca is really a super host. I had a birthday and she organised for os to have local chef to come and make traditional Toscana dinner.
