House is vast, clean, and absolutely beautiful inside and out. Easy to get with a car or local transit and a short walk. Pictures don't do the house justice it has lovely historical features and more room than it seems between the three floors (ground floor, basement and upstairs). With two usable balconies and a patio backyard there is more enough space to entertain a small group outside.

I had an amazing stay at the Spacious Designer’s Oasis, Oak Park, IL! The house was centrally located, making it easy to get around and explore the area. It was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and had the perfect balance of open space and cozy, modern charm. Every room felt thoughtfully curated and comfortable. A special shoutout to Rameez, our host—he was incredibly responsive, warm, and welcoming from the very start. He made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and relaxing place to stay. Thanks again, Rameez!

First time in Chicago with family of 4. This place has more than enough space. We fell in love walking in the door. This place had everything you would ever need. The place looks way better than the pictures detail. Really great restaurants in the area. Mall 10 minutes away and all the shops you need within 10 minutes. this was my first time using Airbnb and first time in Chicago so of course I was skeptical. all that was put to easy very quickly with this place. I really can't say enough good things about this booking. We went to Chicago for an art show and to experience the magnificent mile. This Airbnb quickly became one of the best things about Chicago for us. The photos don't do the master bedroom justice it was beautiful. We actually overpacked because we brought all the things we believed the place would not have, but they literally had everything we overpacked. We were here May 24-27 and would definitely booked this place again.

We really enjoyed staying at this amazing place. Neighborhood was quiet and safe and parking was not so hard to find. Also, really glad we had such a helpful host as well. Communication was always there along with a friendly vibe. Definitely a 10 out of 10 in our books.

Traveling with four families for a volleyball tournament, the location was prime! The neighborhood felt safe. We loved everything about our stay. The neat antiques inside were really interesting, the beds were comfy, bathrooms clean and met our needs for so many (10 people), the outside was very nice, with the weather being so pleasant, we spent a lot of time out there. David was awesome, very responsive and looking for ways to improve his place, although we weren't able to come up with any suggestions, as he has a wonderful gem in the city. Thank you, David!

David’s place was AWESOME!! Everything was great and homie. David was awesome with responding and made sure we were good. I had two past reviews in which they could have easily sparked David to not let me book with him. But he was open minded and heard me out unlike some other host. All reviews are not honest and the details can be off by mishaps. But I appreciate his openness, niceness and overall just awesomeness. Definitely an awesome place for an affordable price. The neighborhood is nice as well and a great out door seating area in the back yard. I’ll be booking again. THANK YOU DAVID ❤️

Excellent place to stay if you want to be in a “suburban-feel” of the city: you’re in a neighborhood that is steps away from a “main street” walkable area with shops. The two parking spots are very convenient and the main floor is so thoughtfully decorated and furnished. Everything is 5 stars, just want to make a few notes: be wary of the stairs as they can be a little slippery if you don’t have any grippy socks or slippers and there is only one full bathroom so you’ll have to share this with the other guests, also there are blinds but no blackout curtains so you’ll wake up with the sun. The neighbors are very nice, but if the kids are out and about you will hear them clearly. Would 100% book again!

5 star for sure! This place is a hidden gem, its so clean and has so many little extras to make you feel at home. I found seasoning to cook with,.coffee, tea, cream and sugar..and even a couple of pods for laundry. All of that plus an easy check-in, great parking space in the back (which you will need since street parking can be dicey) and the friendly neighbors made my stay wonderful. I stayed 7 nights and it is quiet at night so I felt very safe and got a good nights rest each night. I will definitely book again!!!

The house is decorated very warmly and is fully equipped. The host also thoughtfully prepared many little snacks. The check-in process was convenient, and communication with the host went smoothly. Highly recommend staying here!

Teresa and Alejandra EXCEEDED our expectations and requests. The place was so clean that it literally glowed. We did not want or need for anything. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The place is even more beautiful in person. Their communication was prompt, and they gave us great recommendations for things to do and eat close by. The neighborhood was wonderful, and the location was beyond perfect. We will stay at their place every time we go if we can. Charming apartment! Cozy. Immaculately clean; as pictured and as described. The property (shared) is lovely. A great home-base for visiting Oak Park (has a vibrant little town center, amazing residential neighborhood) and/or Chicago. Walking distance from a score of Frank Lloyd Wright-designed homes (including several that offer tours). A quick drive to the heart Chicago. I tend to eat out when I travel, so I did not miss having a full kitchen. Comfortable, convenient and very cute!

Zirrell was a wonderful host. She always responded and her instructions were very thorough. She was also very understanding when our flight got delayed and we checked in later than expected. The apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures. It was a wonderful stay!

When we were first looking for a place to stay, none of the available AirB&Bs looked great. A week later, we looked again, and suddenly Julia's place popped up. It was so much better looking, and with a fairer price, than any others I could find in the list. A two-bedroom that is a *real* two-bedroom, for the price that others were charging for a pull-out bed in the living room. It was just as beautiful in-person. We felt immediately at-home and comfortable. I'm someone who has insomnia, especially while traveling, but there, I had no problem sleeping somehow. Also, it truly is a short walk to the Blue Line, or even a just few steps from the 77 bus route, which goes to the Blue Line, or all the way right into downtown Chicago.

My daughter and I stayed at Izakaya Studio on a recent visit to Chicago. The studio is great and Brett made it so easy to locate everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The next time we stay I hope to spend more time exploring the neighborhood because there were so many restaurants and shops to choose from (lots of open-air patios and decks which would be so nice during the summer season). The walk to the blue line El stop felt safe and quick. We loved the studio's layout. The kitchen and bedroom areas were separate and Brett has two big, comfy chairs for relaxing, and ample island space for eating or using as a work space. My daughter had some virtual work meetings and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need for meal prep. We ate out each day, but our delicious breakfast take-out came from a place right up the street called Yolk. I highly recommend the Izakaya Studio for a relaxing and fun visit to Chicago.

The time spent here was wonderful. This place has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area was also really nice with tons of food and drinks within walking distance. The blue line is a short walk away and the busses run on the corner. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Chicago.

The apartment was clean and spatious, better than in the pictures. It's located in a corner of Hyde Park, at a 15 minute walking distance from the University of Chicago. It is a very residential area, with not many shops or restaurants near by, but if you walk 15 minutes east you will find bars, grocery stores and a few restaurants. I came to do research in the library's archive so it was very convenient. I had some problems with the door code sequence, but Erika was very helpful and responsive. My only suggestion is that more detailed information about the check in is provided, because not everbody is familiarized with lockers and codes! But my general impression was very positive! I'd definitely stay there again.

Beautiful place to stay in Pilsen area just what we wanted! Close to downtown and amazing places to eat all around. Easy access to a lot of things to do. Beautiful place, extremely clean! We definitely enjoyed our stay at Laura’s!
