In the land of lakes and waterfalls, this new air-conditioned semi-detached cottage that can accommodate 2 people and a baby is located in the center of the village of MARIGNY. Numerous activities, swimming, hiking, fishing on the Ain River or Lake Chalain., mountain biking. In winter, the first cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails are 30 minutes away. Close to the most beautiful villages in France, Château-Chalon, Baumes-les-Messieurs, the Hedgehog Falls, and Lake Vouglans. Pets are allowed with a surcharge.

Overnight in a Jura wine estate

Historical seigniorial house, where we built our wine cellar and set up an singular life area, working on comfort without forgetting the spirit of the place. The spaceful living room, with a full equipped kitchen, is a welcoming and hushed place, out of time. This room is opened on a large balcony, faced to East. In the first floor are 3 cosy bedrooms, organized with double beds or twin beds, separated toilets and air conditioned. A bottle of wine of the domaine is offered for your welcoming.

Chalet “mazot” dans un écrin de verdure avec petit jardin privatif et terrasse. Situé au coeur du parc naturel du Haut Jura et de la région des lacs, à 820 M d’altitude, le chalet est un havre de paix. Le Lac d’Etival à 1,5KM, commerces à 9KM( Clairvaux les Lacs), pistes de ski de fond à 6KM, pistes ski de descente à 30 minutes en voiture. Nombreuses balades ou VTT à faire depuis le chalet. Autres activités sports nautiques, équitation, accrobranche,raquettes, luge tout dans un rayon de 15KM.

The cottage is located a 5-minute drive from Lake Chalain and all its amenities. Located in the heart of the Jura, you will have easy access to the various sites to visit. Ski slopes are 30 minutes away. ! Linens and towels not provided. Possibility of rental on request (€10 single bed, €20 double bed).

The "La Grenouillère" cottage is a contemporary, wooden, single-family home, with all amenities, which is part of a quality landscaped setting, on the edge of a natural pond. A beautiful terrace overlooks the pond, populated by frogs, where dragonflies constantly flutter around the water plants and water hyacinths. There are no mosquitoes, frogs and pipistrelles take care of that!

The cottage has a large terrace with views of nature including barbecue, deckchair and garden furniture. As well as an equipped kitchen, large screen TV, separate toilet and enclosed garden. A secure space allows for bike storage.

Studio at the Farm

If you want calm and greenery, we offer a studio with equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric stove, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, Senséo, a 180 X 200 bed, TV, large walk-in shower with toilet area. We have unlimited internet (Wi-Fi) please do not download, however in the studio as in our home the mobile network is weak.
