! Logement non fumeur ! Joli studio (rénové en janvier 2022) avec sa propre salle de bain et kitchenette, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Le studio se situe rue d'arènes, au 2ème étage sur cour; à deux pas du pont battant, quartier en plein centre et vivant. Le quartier est désormais borné et l'accès en voiture à notre rue n'est plus possible. Il faut se garer en périphérie (voir les parkings conseillés plus bas) et ensuite marcher quelques minutes à notre logement. Fibre via wifi.

Located 5 minutes from the train station and a 12-minute walk from the city center, you will find all types of shops on site (bakery, butcher, cheese shop, delicatessen) but also an Intermarché. In the neighborhood, several types of restaurants (traditional, pizzeria, kebab...) are within walking distance.
