Cosy, rural, comfortable apartment plus terrace.

Our ground-floor apartment is close to Barneville-Carteret - sea plus forest. This apartment is entirely separate and a completely private space with its own bathroom and small kitchen. There is one king-size bed, or this can split into two single beds - please advise preferences. Sunny enclosed terrace. The apartment does adjoin the gite and our house next to it, so some minimal noise is possible between the internal walls of the properties.

The furnished terrace will invite you to relax or read.

Imagined as a friendly living space, it has a pleasant kitchen, living room and dining room that can easily accommodate 10 people. In the back, a terrace and garden will allow you to enjoy the many sunny days offered by the Cotentin:) The town is 10 minutes from the beaches.

The 3-star cottage is a family house completely renovated in 2020. With an area of approximately 160 m2, it can comfortably accommodate 12 people (6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms). However, it can accommodate up to 14 people using the sofa bed in the living room. The cottage is ideal for families or groups of friends. Ideally located, you can enjoy the calm of the countryside, while being close to the sea. Pets are allowed.
