The estate has a natural water pool on the hill, own lake, two donkeys, vineyard and lovely views of the Mediterranean Sea (8 minutes by car to the nice Ocata beach) and mountains. The house has air conditioning, very modern kitchen, fireplace, TV, high-speed internet, two bedrooms and one bath, and a huge terrace with BBQ.
