Villa holiday rentals in Bessan

We’ve just returned from a week‘s stay at this beautiful location. Everything is as described and even better than pictured. The house was perfect for us (2 adults and 2 kids) and the kitchen has everything one could need. There is also an electric bbq outside, which we used a couple of times as well. There is a lovely gazebo out by the pool where we ate all of our meals. And the pool itself was definitely the highlight for the kids. It is nice and big and clean and was the perfect temperature. The garden was my personal favorite as it is so big, absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. The location is very quiet and private and since we had a car we never attempted to walk to Pézenas so I’m not sure how long this would take but the drive was about 10 min to the grocery store. Driving to the beach (we went to Sète) took about 40 min. The hosts are lovely and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and quiet vacation in south France.

Perfect stay! Sinan is an exceptional host, very welcoming and available. His tips on restaurants and local things to do were valuable. We felt right at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the charm of this house. Everything was thought out for our comfort, from kitchen amenities to plush towels. A real cocoon. Located in a quiet area, the accommodation is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The proximity to shops and restaurants is a real plus. i highly recommend it

We were only there for two night but it was an amazing stop on our travels and truly a hidden gem. Linda was an amazing host who worked with us beautifully on our changing arrival time and gave us a great run down of the property when we arrived. Would absolutely stay again! Thank you Linda!

Christel is a great host, who immediately puts you at ease thanks to her good mood and her little touches. We had a great stay, the house is just like the photos. If we have the opportunity, we will surely return to Christel's house.

Nothing! That's what's missing in this accommodation! Angelique's welcome was perfect, she was available and very adaptable for us. The accommodation is impeccable and everything is there to have a great time with family or friends. The cold drinks on arrival were very much appreciated. Everything has been thoughtfully and superbly decorated. The exterior is splendid, between the pool, the jacuzzi, the trampoline for the children, everyone finds something for themselves. The environment is very quiet and you can go for short walks from the house. The icing on the cake was that our dogs were welcome.

Pleasant stay in a nice house, very functional for a large group (2 fridges, large tables, chairs and cutlery in number, etc. All that's missing is a parasol to be able to have lunch quietly outside when there is a lot of sun.

As you can read from other reviews, the villa is really nice, big and accomodating. It's as described in the picture. Perfect for a big family or a group of friends.

We had a perfect stay at the villa in Marseillan. The location was beautifully close to the sea, the local market and bakery. The house itself was wonderful. It looked great and felt great. It was clean and it had all the utilities to have a perfect week together with our group of twelve friends. I highly recommend this accomodation as Laura, the host, was great in communication and supportive when we needed more information.

A very pleasant stay where we were really well received by Benoit! He was available/flexible whenever we needed him! Everything was available for a pleasant stay! Successful family weekend thanks to Chrystelle and Benoît's house, which has everything you need for a relaxing family weekend: swimming pools, petanque court, ping pong table... This place is paradise. Christophe and Christine could not have been more helpful or kind. This place is definitely the best Airbnb I have stayed in and we were all so sad to leave. It is decorated and maintained to exceptional standards. We all loved it.

We stayed with Eva on a group holiday with our friends from home for a relaxing holiday to regroup and relax. We did just that! It was a lovely stay with plenty of space, privacy and an amazing pool. Last weekend we enjoyed a wonderful stay in Saint-Thibery with a group of 11 ladies. We were warmly welcomed by Fabien, a wonderful host. He gave us a tour and indicated that we could contact him if we had any questions. When we had a question he was at the door within 20 minutes to help us. Furthermore, the house was fully equipped. The bedrooms were spacious and clean and the garden (and barn) also lacked nothing. Fabien thanks for the stay, your patience ;) and for providing a wonderful weekend. Very pleasant stay. The house is beautiful and very well arranged, there is everything to be comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful place, the pool is a big plus and all this without overlooking neighbors. Big favorite of our stay, we recommend without hesitation!

Yannick is a friendly host, was always quick to reach. The accommodation was freshly cleaned and corresponded to the description. The pool and outdoor area are very nice. It is located a little outside between Agde and Cape d'Agde. You should have a car. All in all, we felt very comfortable.

Excellent villa , great hosts and good communication. Great way to celebrate family birthdays . The villa was just like the photos advertised . Extremely clean and well stocked . Only small disappointment not many local restaurants that are walkable to eat in the evenings .

We had a very nice time as a group! The accommodation is fantastically located - right on the beach, it doesn't get any better. Everything you need was available, and communication with the host was super friendly and uncomplicated. The apartment is a bit outdated, but everything was (relatively) clean and functional – absolutely sufficient for our stay. Perfect for those looking for a relaxing break in a prime location.
