Large apartment ideally located, nice view

Pleasant 2 rooms of 50m2 for 6 people, very well equipped and located on the 2nd floor of a pleasant residence located in front of snow at the foot of the slopes and golf course. A large and large balcony facing south and east will offer you a magnificent view not overlooked on the glacier of the Muzelle. 2 outdoor parking spaces. The residence The Janremon offers a departure and return skiing (Devil's TS at 30m), both quiet and close to the resort center (Place de l'alpe Venosc 3 Minutes walk).

Refuge de La Boire is an alpine chalet located at an altitude of 1900 m in the Massif de l 'Oisans in the Alps. The south-facing chalet overlooks a wild valley. A remarkable site for its panoramas (mountains,glaciers, mountain pastures...) , its wilderness (marmots, chamois, eagles, vultures), its hikes from the cottage, its tranquility ( it is the only cottage in the valley !). Authentic little house in Clavans le Bas (Alps)

My house is located in a small village called Clavans le Bas at 1400 m altitude in the beautiful Ferrand Valley. Ideal for mountain lovers, hikers, cyclists (electricity supply post at 50m). It is not recommended for small children ( steep stairs and unsecured windows). No private garden, nature all around. Car mandatory. No shops in the village. Nearest shops 12 km. There is however a nice auberge for good foods and drinks. No WIFI (available at auberge and mairie)

Best ski location

Appartement avec vue magnifique et 20 mètre du nouveau télémix « le Diable », et à côté le guichet pour récupérer le ski pass. Parking de copropriété fermé. Grand Balcon plein sud avec le soleil du matin au soir comme le bâtiment est haut et sans vis à vis. À côté le centre et au calme. Canapé lit confortable avec sommier à lattes (2 personnes) et coin montagne superposé (2 personnes). ⚠️⚠️⚠️Attention travaux façade Mai à Octobre donc pas d’acces au balcon ⚠️⚠️⚠️
