Nature lovers will find their happiness in the 45 m2 COSMOS house on the edge of the forest. You will enjoy the calm and greenery 14 km north/east of Toulouse. The village is conveniently located between Labège Innopole and Blagnac. Walk in the woods next door. For your cultural outings you are 20 minutes from the Cité de l'Espace and Aeroscopia. Albi is 40 minutes away (Unesco World Heritage Cathedral) 1 hour from the city of Carcassonne, Revel and its market and the St Férréol basin.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

My place is close to all the amenities of the old center of Blagnac (several restaurants, cinema, swimming pool, Parc des Ramiers less than 5 minutes away) and quiet. Free parking is possible thanks to the accessible spaces on Rue Bacquié Fonade and in 2 nearby parking lots (one less than 50 meters away, the other less than 100 meters away).
