Peace, space and privacy in rural area

Complete guesthouse with a beautiful garden and possibility to use Hottub. The residence is on the grounds of a former calf farm. Nature reserve is around the corner where you can also enjoy hiking, cycling/mountain biking. When booking 4 nights, an evening hot tub is included. Hot tub can be booked for 40 euros. The bedrooms are separated by a closet wall and a curtain. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside. Smoking outside is no problem.

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.

The house is behind our own house but gives complete privacy and has views over the small meadow with chickens. The house is on the second and third floors of a building in which we ourselves occupy the first floor. Within walking distance of the city center and the train station. After renovating our own house, a cowshed from 1938, we built an attractive studio with a large veranda and beautiful views. The studio is newly built, vintage finds have been used for the interior and decoration.
