Beach condo holiday rentals in Bethany Beach

It was an amazing place and we had an awesome trip!

Better view than the pic shows! The private beach was clean and very close to the condo. Rentable chairs and umbrellas available on the beach. There are 2 chairs and umbrellas in the condo to use. Some of the furnishings could use a freshen-up. Mattress was excellent and we are picky! The place was very clean upon arrival and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had! Bethany Beach Boardwalk is less than a mile and a delightful treat with great restaurants and shops along with beach access- something we did not expect and thoroughly enjoyed!

What a wonderful experience! Josh and Kathy were in incredible hosts and their home was perfect for our family of 4. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip. Everything was so easy, and we felt so comfortable!

We were fortunate during our particular weekend that OC was not very busy in general. There were no other neighbors present in the other units in the buidling which made it very quiet. No other neighbors also meant we had the deck to ourselves. When it was not raining, the deck view of the ocean was beautiful. The walk to the beach was quick. Anna and Patrick were very accessible, responsive, and kind. It was perfect for our plans and needs.

We had a wonderful time! Waking up both mornings to dolphins right outside your sliding glass door was the highlight! We can’t wait to get back!

Was an adorable place! It was perfect for the weekend away! It was within walking dostance of the beach and boardwalk. Matthew was amazing with his instructions on how to locate the home. He was very quick to respond and extremely kind. Highly recommend this place!

Booked a last minute trip and found this gem. Great deal, was very spacious with amazing views. Updated and decorated very nicely. Comes stocked with everything you need. Steps from the beach and close to attractions but not too close. Host was very responsive. Note: Only hang up was the pool was under construction, which was stated in the listing. Also the water line to the outside showers was cut for construction, so there’s nowhere to wash the sand off your feet. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Most everything was great about this place. Easy access to the beach, comfortable (though very noisy) twin beds (I can’t speak for the queen one as my in-laws used that one), clean and spacious accommodations. The balcony was just perfect - I sat out there as often as I could. One thing that was strange was that I had to sign and mail back a lease, separate from air bnb stuff. Also, Robert mailed the key so now I have to mail it back. Not a big deal but mildly annoying - just another unusual thing to keep track of. Also heads up: you have to check in at a place across the street before being able to get into the Sea Colony area. We waited in line for about 20 minutes, and they close at 5 so I don’t know what happens if you get there after that. It turned out fine but I wasn’t expecting that step to be that time consuming. But even though the weather wasn’t great while we were there, we had a good and relaxing time because the condo is great for hanging out in. Will maybe come back!

Kathleen’s place was perfect for our weekend trip to ocean city. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was great for walking our dog and was in a nice location-only a 15 minute walk to the beach! We had a great stay.

Amazing place to stay at Dewey Beach! We will definitely be back! Everything is so clean! The little details to everything really made this an incredible stay, from the kids toys, toiletries, kitchen items, even little mints in the bathroom! They truly think of everything! We cant wait to come back!

We had a great time and the place was great. Very clean and well decorated and all the kitchen accessories you need. The add says that there are beach towels and other beach items like umbrella etc. However, there are no beach items so make sure you bring your own.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described—if not better. It’s ideal for anyone traveling with pets or children—there was plenty of space, a safe and secure environment, and thoughtful touches that made everyone feel welcome (including our furry friend!). Our host, Erika, was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in a breeze. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, but still peaceful and relaxing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

Catherine's place was great for our family and young son. The location is tremendous and there are great views just eating breakfast and sipping morning coffee. The place itself is well stocked and has a very efficient layout (pocket doors) for the space. Catherine was super responsive and understanding, we really enjoyed our stay.

Kendra is very sweet and her home is wonderful. All of the appliances and furniture are very modern, and the mattresses were very comfortable! The location is very quiet and very close to the beach, maybe a 6 minute walk, which was very convenient for us with small children. There’s also a lot of grass nearby for pets.

I made a last minute decision to try and find a place to stay with a 5 year old and a dog at the beach knowing OCMD in peak season isn't super dog friendly. Finding a location where I could easily walk to the beach/boardwalk with a 5 year old was a must. Finding out there was a great park with an awesome playground and dog friendly walking space a block away was a super plus. Beverly was super responsive and gave me great recommendations on local places. We had a wonderful time.

Place was perfect for our family of 5 and easy to beach and parking and spacious patio and covered for the storms that rolled in Would stay here again!

We had a great stay. It was a family-friendly neighborhood and the home had everything we needed. Everyone said their beds were comfortable, and there's lot of space to put our stuff away. Nice size kitchen for cooking our meals! Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony.

Jamie’s house is quite lovely. The outdoor patio is nice to hang out. The beach is about a 15 minute walk and several very good restaurants and coffee shops within a few blocks from the house. Jamie is great to deal with and provided detailed info. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was the perfect location for a family. Easy to hop to and from the beach throughout the day. Joanna was super responsive even though we had no issues. We will be back.

The condo was amazing! Very clean and beautiful. The location was perfect to see the ocean waves and very easy to access the beach with a private gate. The roof top was a very nice feature, although we didn’t use the hot tub, it was very very clean and ready to go. The condo had every thing we needed to feel right at home, dishes, silverware, appliances everything was very clean. The HVAC made every room very comfortable. Parking was easy and the private elevator with access code was very easy and safe to access the floor. They even have carts in the lobby to make moving your things in and out a breeze! I highly recommend this condo for your stay. We have been coming to ocean city for 12 years and have never stayed in a nicer space! We have finally found the absolute perfect place and hope to continue to rent it in the future. We had a small hiccup with the access code when we first arrived but I texted Stevi and he immediately responded with a new code, it was resolved in 15 seconds.

Spacious, clean, and well-appointed condo at Sea Colony Resort. Five adults fit comfortably for a long weekend of relaxation, racquet sports, and beach time. We enjoyed the accommodation, especially the comfortable couches, large screened in porch, and short walking distance to the tennis/pickleball center. Josh provided clear instructions leading up to and throughout our stay. He noted necessary items to bring, process of rental agreement, and any odds & ends you can think of. I've previously stayed in Sea Colony, so I was aware of resort fees, and off-season closures of amenities. Read Sea Colony's website ahead of booking to learn more about their seasonal amenities. We visited in the early shoulder season, with mild weather, no crowds, and ample court space. Josh provided additional recommendations for dinner, ice cream, and local amusements for a jam-packed weekend of entertainment. Highly recommend!
