Beach house holiday rentals in Bethany Beach

Well equipped house within very short walking distance to quite, private beach. Great amenities -- including bikes, kayak and paddle board. Private beach was gorgeous and very dog friendly, water was calm and shallow. Short driving distance to Lewes for great food, including terrific crabs.

Another wonderful beach vacation at Eileen’s cottage! This was our 4th year staying here and always love the cottage, area, beach, restaurants, etc. Booking next year!

We loved staying here for our family getaway! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Added bonus that beach chairs and umbrellas are available so we didn't need to bring ours! It was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was peaceful and the scenery was breathtaking. Janna was very responsive to any concerns or needs. We would love to stay here again! highly recommend!

This is a very family friendly home and beach. The beach was very close and so private. I loved the fire pit and the hot tub. The way the house was divided into three living spaces on each floor was really great for our situation. There were so many amenities, such as the kayaks, the fishing poles, and the bikes. I also really liked how the kitchen was well stocked, which made it feel very homelike. The host was very responsive - within 10 minutes, even late at night. Area is nice & close to Rehoboth boardwalk, about a 30 minute drive. This is my first time in a northern East Coast beach, and it was really great. It was a bay, so there were not a ton of waves, which worked out well for our kids. But for a bay, it did seem really close to open ocean as well, so I didn’t feel like we were missing out. There was so much wildlife in the area. We saw stingrays, dolphins, sharks, and of course, horseshoe crabs. Recommend 100%. Bring bug (mosquito) spray - only negative. Will stay again!

We had such a great time at Chris and Loree’s! This was our second trip to ocean city, and their condo was just the right distance from everything there is to do! The view on the balcony was incredible and their place was spotless and comfortable. It was a nice size, loved having washer and dryer and two bathrooms, since it was just me and two teenage boys! There was a TV in the closet that could be rolled out to the porch, where I enjoyed my morning coffee or evening de winding. The pool was nice, but the kids didn’t use it too much as they werent allowed to jump or throw their ball. With the beach being just steps away, they didn’t mind at all! Absolutely would stay here again. Thank you so much Chris and Loree!!

Such a wonderful little place so close to the beach. Very responsive host who quickly answered questions and solved problems. All of the cottages look so nice and so lovely to be able to bring my pup.

We planned a girl’s weekend trip for Mother’s Day. It was amazing! Luckily for us; it was not quite “beach season” but things were open and we were lucky to experience the different beaches with little traffic and ZERO parking fees. The house was beautiful. Wherever you choose to sit and sip your beverage of choice, you’ll have a beautiful view. The house is spacious and came equipped with some baby essentials that helped lighten our load with packing. Ashlee was very responsive! We really loved this place & hope to return again.

Elizabeth’s place was clean and well stocked. She was very accommodating and we had a great stay. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach, and she even provided 4 beach chairs! Had a great time.

My family and I had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend to everyone looking to stay in this area! The home was spotless, comfortable, and smartly decorated. The rooms and kitchen/dining area are spacious. We enjoyed relaxing in the sunroom, it’s truly peaceful and private. We didn’t get to use the firepit, but will be next time. The neighborhood was quiet—nice for relaxing after a day in the sun. There’s a pool/tennis court in the neighborhood that is super clean and you can walk to from the house. The home is ~15 minute drive from Bethany Beach and ~25 to Rehoboth Beach. Also, a super easy checkout which you don’t always find with vacation rentals! We’d definitely love to stay here again and plan to!!!!

Our family had the best week! On the rainy, cold days we played board games on the screened in patio and had fun in the covered area off the garage playing games and hanging out in the hammocks. When the sun was out, we went to the beach, which was a short drive away and ended the day at the pool right next door to the house. The house was beautiful, the furniture was comfortable, and it had everything we needed. Jennifer and Mike were very responsive and kind! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! We would love to come back!

Had the absolute best time staying at this gem. The house is stunning and Autumn was a fantastic host! The house is spacious and open. It was exactly as described but better. We couldn’t have been happier. Will definitely be back!

Linda was so friendly and responsive to all my questions. Her place is absolutely beautiful, clean, close to the beach and shopping outlets. It felt like home away from home. She thought about every need for her guests, even having bike available! This was my first time booking an Airbnb and the experience will absolutely make me a returning customer.

Danielle’s place was just awesome. From the minute we walked in we felt right at home. Very spacious, bright and just lovely overall! The kitchen had everything that you could dream of. Whenever we thought, oh we need this and that, it was right there. The sunroom is a dream to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drink. The bedrooms upstairs are spacious, very comfortable and the bathrooms had all amenities that you needed. We didn’t really use the backyard due to the weather but I am convinced that you will have a great time outdoors if the temperatures are right!! We will definitely try to come back!! Thank you!!!

Tammy’s place was a beautiful Airbnb that provided me and my friends a wonderful experience we loved how private and reserved the neighborhood is we also loved all the accommodations such as the walking distance to the pool and beaches.I would definitely visit here again.

We have rented Jennifer's home a few times for our coaches and it is always seamless!

We had the best time! We were 10 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of room for all. The kids loved the toys that Kendra had. I realized when we left to go home that it was the first time I left the house in a week 🤣. The others went for walks, walked to the beach, rented a pontoon boat, went to the boardwalk. I loved loved spending my time floating in the pool and relaxing. The pool was amazing. Kendra has anything you can think of as far as kitchen supplies. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed. We are planning to come back next year.

We visit Rehoboth every summer., and Thierry and Teresa's property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The location was conveniently located by the outlets and grocery stores without having to go out the main road where it gets super congested. The property itself was beautiful and it felt like home for us. We found comfort and relaxation throughout the entire house, but the sunroom was our absolute favorite spot! We spent a lot of time in the sunroom for coffee, lunch, and dinner after a day outdoors. Our littles loved the bonus kids' room. They spent a lot of time enjoying the books provided and watching shows after a long day at the beach. The two fridges were also amazing to keep all of our drinks and food for two families. We would book Thierry and Teresa's property again!

Incredible location, extremely peaceful, awesome place to stay! Quiet, comfortable beds. Whole family loved it. No complaints. Will definitely return.

This beach house is in a great location on a quiet neighborhood street. We walked to the beach every day! We especially appreciated the renovated kitchen. The hosts made checking in and out easy, and they responded quickly to any questions.

We spent a lovely long weekend at this home with family for a wedding. The home was exactly as described; extremely clean, welcoming and decor was beautiful. It was in a perfect location to walk to the beach in addition to being close & convenient to town. The hostess was wonderful to work with; friendly and quick in responses. Work highly recommended to others and would most definitely stay here again!!

Shannon’s home is exactly what you see in the photos!The house is beautiful, spacious, clean, and honestly my favorite thing about it was how homey it felt! Everything you could need is just a few minute drive away, grocery stories, etc. if it’s not already in the home because trust me they have plenty. Games, extra paper towels, toilet paper, even cooking seasonings. the neighborhood is quiet and the people are friendly. Be sure to sign the travel book when you visit and enjoy this blissful space you won’t regret it! Thank you Shannon, wonderful memories were made.

My friends and our families (10 of us) stayed here for 3 nights. The home was absolutely beautiful, clean, organized, and very spacious. It didn't feel like we were on top of one another. There was plenty of space for everyone. We'll be back. One thing that stood out to us were the brand new flip flops she had available for her guests that was organized by size.She even included children sizes. It communicated how thoughtful and considerate our host is. The garage also had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun beach day. The location was perfect. 5min from the beach/ boardwalk and a central location for grocery stores, gas, etc. We had everything we needed to relax and enjoy each other.

We had an amazing stay and we loved the pool! It's definitely not your average Airbnb and felt like home. We had 5 adults & 1 toddler. The upstairs was great for the toddler/my husband and I since it was larger and had the private bathroom but was still usable to other guests, if needed because of the separate doors. There also had all the beach amenities you would need, which was so helpful - along with the Rehoboth parking pass. We can't thank M&M enough for this great option!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location in Sea Colony for its closeness to the beach and to the shops , restaurants and board walk in the town center. Our accommodation was excellent, very clean and very comfortable. Check-in and checkout were a breeze! Barbara was very responsive to my questions throughout our stay. I would recommend this accommodation.
