True to description. We appreciated 2 grocery stores within a short walking distance. As well, easily walked to Lille town centre. Safe neighbourhood with friendly and helpful neighbours. The home was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked. Very organized and clean. Bedding and linens were also clean and luxurious. Travelling with 4 children we appreciated the use of the toys available to us. It was relaxing and peaceful to sit in the lovely back garden. I would recommend this home !

Fabienne is very kind, available and proactive. The accommodation is very well equipped and the bedding is very comfortable. small touches complete the whole: breakfast, soap in all bathrooms, ironing equipment... A very nice place with its covered terrace. I recommend it.

Good value well equipped a lovely place set in just the right part of town. Jo was very well organised and gave us lots of information. The beds were amazingly comfortable the rooms were spacious and well well set out. A lovely stay which we all enjoyed immensely.

What a perfect residence. 2 mins walk from the market square, nearby garage (which included bikes) for parking, extremely generous welcome package including loads of local beers and snacks, plus beautifully appointed and well equipped. We have no hesitation in recommending Steven's property and hope to return.

We had a wonderful stay in Lille in Bertrand's house. It's a really special home, and really originally, and beautifully decorated, as others have said. The set-up was perfect for our family of four, and our girls really having their own room each, as both felt really welcoming and cosy, with lots of cute touches. The house has everything you need, and there were helpful instructions and recommendations as well as little foodie gifts. The location is also great, as you are right in the vieux Lille, but you don't feel in the thick of things, and it's still peaceful. Finally, Bertrand is really kind and easy to communicate with. All in all, we loved it!

This is a place of quiet and quirky charm. On the first floor there is a spacious WC with a sink. There is a huge open lounge/ dining/ breakfast room with plenty of comfortable seating, an eclectic mix of small bistro style tables and a dining table. The light comes in from all angles. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a door to the terrace and garden. The only thing missing was a freezer. However, there is a large fridge which we easily managed with. A smaller staircase leads up from the landing to another large space that has 3 double bedrooms, another lounge/ sitting area, a shower room and a second WC – separate to the shower room. Nowhere in St Omer is more than a few minutes walk, and we had no problem parking our car on the street near to the house on an Easter weekend. Catherine is a wonderful host who took the time to walk us around the house and talk us through all the equipment. She was contactable and responded quickly when we had a problem.

We were pleasantly satisfied with the accommodation. The amenities offered are very useful for a short stay. Pierre's house is warm and access to the garden is very useful when the weather is nice. The space was functional.

We had a very pleasant stay in this nice, welcoming house. It is ideally located, a quiet and peaceful area but close to all amenities. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The explanations about the stay were clear, and additional information was also available. We fell in love with Marcq-en-Barœul and the accommodation! If we come back, it will be without hesitation at Sébastien's. And thank you again for everything!

Very pleasant welcome and stay! The house is spacious, clean and well located in Laventie. We were able to enjoy the surrounding area! I highly recommend these hosts who were available throughout the stay.

Very nice apartment Very clean and tidy, modern and neat decor. Good location, close to the train station, shops and good restaurants nearby. Easy and quick communication, very considerate host and always available.

The accommodation is a small townhouse on 3 levels, super well located in the center of Lille. Great cafes and restaurants right next door. Parking in a secure car park 5 minutes' walk from the house was a decisive factor for us. The house is spacious enough for a family of 3 or 4. It is an old detached house on 3 levels but the stairs are not too narrow. The 1st floor where the living room is located is not too bright since the house is in a small, fairly quiet alley, but the bedroom(s) on the 2nd floor are very bright. We brought our own cot and mattress for our daughter, but there was already one in the house but without a mattress. The bathroom and kitchen have been renovated and are very well equipped. The rest of the house is a little more in its original state, which may not be to everyone's taste, but everything is very faithful to the descriptions and photos. David is super responsive and very welcoming.

Cottage reserved for a group of friends with dogs. They were thrilled! Very well located and easy to access. Perfectly matched expectations. Thank you very much for the little touches. Recommended ++!

The property is on a very quiet street which was perfect for us. Walkable to the old town. There are local amenities such as a mini supermarket, bakery, bar and restaurant. The house has a lovely outdoor space. There are 5 bedrooms but two bedrooms are interconnected so anyone staying in those rooms would need to be comfortable in that situation! The other three bedrooms are on the first floor which has a bathroom but no toilet. Wasn’t a problem for us but worth knowing. House is better than the photos! Yvon was very helpful in dealing with our requests. Would definitely recommend.

We were 2 friends who spent 1 night to visit a friend on site. The accommodation was faithful to the description, I will add that it is in a cul-de-sac and very quiet. We were able to park in the cul-de-sac itself. The decoration is neat and the rooms are very spacious. A small outdoor area was very nice for a game and aperitif before going out 👍🏼 Thank you Sonia 🙏

Florence has a lovely house, a great place for 4 of us to stay. She was a great help with her recommendations for restaurants and how to get around Lille.
