Unwind in this unique and beautiful home with front parquet by the water. This is so close to "luxury glamping" one can come with the nature and the water right outside. Enjoy the sunset at the dock or take a ride with the rowing boat,2 kayaks or 1 SUP. You use the jacuzzi whenever you want. You have your own bathroom with your own entrance in the big house 25 meters from the lake house. Charcoal grill if you want to grill and glasses/plates and cutlery are available. Kettle and tea/espresso machine available in room. A really good breakfast included

The lake house

The house by Betsede lake A comfortable and modern house on a lake property with access to a jetty, rowing boat and sauna house by the lake. Around the corner you have the water and nature. A fully equipped kitchen with utensils for cooking, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. On the terrace there is a barbecue together with a lovely outdoor furniture well shielded. Upstairs is the sleeping area together with toilet and shower. Roof window where you can see the trees in the morning. A place to enjoy, a place to start from and a place for vacation.

Newly-built guest house with two bedrooms in rural environment. Beautifully surrounded by forest and fields. Large and lush garden with possibility for games and play. Walking distance to the sea and lake with three nice swimming areas suitable for children. Proximity to both Stockholm and the archipelago, 25-30 minutes to Stockholm city by car or bus from Gustavsberg. Best to travel with your own car. Bicycles are available. Also suitable for longer stays, there is a workspace and fast Wi-Fi so you can work "from home". Washing machine.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpse from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to the city in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. A bike can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.
