Cute and cozy little cabin just a couple miles from state land. 1 mile from the county fairgrounds. 1 1/2 miles from town. Enjoy all Evart has to offer such as all of our state land trails for riding dirt bikes , quads, hunting ,mushrooming. We are 1 1/2 miles from rails to trails to enjoy a great day of bicycling. Less than 2 miles from the Muskegon river to go canoeing or tubing down the river. There are 2 golf course about 5 -6 miles away . Yes ,we now have WIFI !!!! Star Gazing, sunsets.

Just a short drive from Traverse City, Frankfort, beautiful beaches and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Charming cabin in the woods that sleeps 6. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. Located in a very secluded area on 100 wooded acres that we own, with trails all throughout the property. A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

Ogletree Creek Cabin, beauty and tranquility

Ogletree Cabin is a private retreat nestled on 85 acres of stunning hardwood and pines- just a three-minute walk to lovely Toad Lake. The beach is a great jumping-off place to swim out to the raft, fish on Toad Lake (where we are the only house on the lake), sit on the screened-in porch off of the fishing shack, and go kayaking and canoeing. Please take note that the cabin has one bedroom with queen and a loft with three beds accessible by a ladder only and not safe for young children.

Little Cabin in the woods surrounded by State and Federal land, snowmobile, ATV and bike trails. Quick 30 mins drive to beautiful Lake Michigan. Cabin is heated in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. Kitchen has dishes and a coffee pot for that fresh first cup. The Cabin is rustic and sets in the woods and is visited by nature. The local residents are deer, bear & squirrels. No WiFi(yet), but we have two TVs with local channels. Fire Pit and outside grill.
