This turf covered cabin is a blend of Viking longhouse and underground hobbit hideaway. It's in a beautiful spot in our orchard between the mountains and the sea on our small permaculture farm. Experience camping fire cooking, and clear starlit skies, whilst having a comfy bed, a kitchen, hot water, shower compost toilet and a wood burning stove to cosy round if it gets cold. All on our sustainable ecological farm which has lakes, woodlands and animals to find and explore.

Enjoy excellent walking, mountaineering, mountain biking, or canoeing amidst the stunning mountain range that surrounds the area, together with an excellent variety of shops and pubs just a few moments' walk away.

Crafnant Valley Retreat

Unique space. American RV Caravan in own field. Barn to store bikes, waterproofs and boots. Chance to have a bonfire (extra charge for wood). Sleeps family comfortably but can be very cosy. Plenty of outdoor space around the caravan & local walks. There is NO WIFI access at the caravan and depending on your phone company POSSIBLY NO signal. Rhiw Goch Cottage is a spacious detached one bedroom stone-built cottage with wood burner dating from the 18th century or earlier. Our guests love the cottage for it's rustic charm and beautiful gardens with secluded glades and viewpoints over the Lledr valley. It's on a quiet hillside surrounded by craggy ancient woodland full of wildlife about 3 miles from Betws-y-Coed, well placed to explore Snowdonia but also well off the beaten track.
