Récemment rénové, soigneusement entretenu et nettoyé avec attention, il offre un haut niveau de confort (double vitrage, équipements de qualité). Stationnement gratuit Place du Barlet à 2 min à pied ou dans la rue (payant de 9h à 19h). Commerces, restaurants à proximité immédiate, gare à pied en moins de 10 min.

Pleasant small new studio for 1 person, on the ground floor street side, you will appreciate its location near the TGV train station and the University just 5 minutes walk. Due to its size, it is ideal for 1 person, but may be suitable for 2 people for short stays.
