Ideal for families and groups of up to 12 people. 4 bedrooms (11 beds), 2 bathrooms, large living room with fireplace, equipped kitchen. Exclusive access to the property: terrace, garden, summer kitchen with barbecue and plancha, trampoline, pétanque, volleyball, heated pool from May to September, and longer if the weather permits. I am discreetly present in a separate accommodation and remain available if needed.

Chalet located in Chaumie, a hamlet between Colmars Les Alpes and Allos, 5 min by car from each of the villages. Many hikes start directly from the chalet and others are quickly accessible by car. For skiers, you are less than 15 minutes by car from the first ski slopes (10 min from Seignus d'Allos and 20 min from La Foux d'Allos).

In a bucolic setting, the accommodation consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a private garden.
