Le studio se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison (les WC sont séparés, situés au même étage et réservés à celui-ci). Une terrasse privative et clôturée est à disposition avec vue sur les collines de Besançon et celles environnantes. Le studio ainsi que l’accès aux toilettes comportent des petites marches, ce qui fait qu’il n’est pas accessible PMR.
