Completely renovated to welcome you, the cottage will allow you to enjoy the calm of the countryside with its flowery enclosed garden. Located at equal distance from Rouen and Le Havre, you are close to all kinds of emblematic places of the region such as Jumièges or Deauville. In addition, there is no shortage of local merchants and products in nearby villages.

Charming old half-timbered bread oven, located on the edge of the stream, it consists of: - Living room with a wood-burning stove, - Kitchen, - Upstairs: - shower/WC room accessible by a miller ladder (see photos), -bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed overlooking the stream, accessible by a miller ladder (see photos), Bedroom and bathroom do not communicate. Old refurbished photo studio of 90 m2 offering a nice ceiling height and a skylight. It is located next to our main house in the middle of an 8200 m2 lot. The decor is vintage, ethnic and bohemian.
