Holiday houses in Beverino

We had a wonderful time in this fantastic villa. The villa is exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything super clean and beautiful. The cleaning lady even comes twice a week and the gardener three times a week. This is really a top service. They also take the sorted garbage with them. The veranda is a dream, but beware, the stoves you see on the veranda must not be used. It has a great grill for this. The pool is large, clean and simply awesome. As other guests have already noted, the nights are loud. The neighbors must have many dogs (wolfhounds). Sometimes you can hardly sleep because they howl so loudly. You get used to it a little. It is a pity that none of the bedrooms have air conditioning. It is incredibly hot to sleep and the top room even more so. This would be a great upgrade for this beautiful villa. There are fewer comfortable loungers by the pool than in the photos and only 4 of them. We were 7 people. We bought some more for ourselves in the shopping center. You feel like you're in your own little paradise. The property is so large and so well maintained. Highly recommended for booking! Anyone who has been there will not forget this place so quickly, it is so beautiful.

The host was flexible with check in time which was amazing. Their home was very clean. The balconies are gorgeous and we enjoyed our morning coffee while relaxing on it. The best part was the bed. Full linens, comfortable pillows and soft, plump bed along with a duvet. Probably the best sleep I had while visiting Italy. I would stay here again if I’m ever in the area and will recommend same to my friends and family.

We stayed at the house as a group of seven and had a great time! The house is spacious and comfortable, perfect for a big group. We really appreciated that we could bring our own pool, which made the experience even better. Do keep in mind, though, that you’ll need a car to get around. The location is a bit out of the way, but that’s also what makes it so peaceful. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautifully authentic and very Italian, surrounded by stunning scenery. Our hosts Genni & Carlo were extremely helpful, polite and kind — always available and full of great suggestions for places to visit in the area. Their kindness and local knowledge really enhanced our experience. We would absolutely recommend staying here to others, and we hope to return again ourselves!

Lucca and his sister are the best hosts!! Extremely kind and attentive to what we needed. The house is impeccable, fully equipped with EVERYTHING you need and for the price it is a gem. It is 13 minutes from La Spezia central station, which made it very easy to go to Cinque Terre. I also recommend going to the restaurant di Pietro where Lucca works, who recommended it and helped us book 🤗🫶🏼🍋

We only stayed two nights in this delightful cottage surrounded by greenery. The location is excellent: just 20 minutes from La Spezia, a perfect point to easily reach the Cinque Terre, Lerici and other beautiful places in the area. Upon arrival, we were greeted with great kindness by Roberto's family, who proved to be very helpful and hospitable. They gave us great advice on how to get around and what to visit in the surrounding area. The house is located in a quiet area, far from the chaos, ideal for those looking for a little relaxation. It was equipped with all the essentials for cooking and eating at home. Just two minutes away, you'll find a well-stocked grocery store and several restaurants serving traditional local cuisine. A short but perfect stay, which we highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. It’s beautiful, stylish, clean, it has a great atmosphere. Surrounded by medieval buildings and nature, it is a perfect getaway from the rush of the city. The villa is located in a very small town, where you have a close contact with the locals - they live next to villa and they can hear you very well and you can hear them too. Keep in mind their schedule - they wake up super early and start working and talking, at nights they don’t like when you are outside. The way to the beach is at least 30 mins, and we truly enjoyed it - every day we had a little adventure and were looking for new spots. The other thing to keep in mind is that the pool is located outside of the villa and not directly in the backyard. It’s not a problem at all, it’s still private and only yours, and it’s so amazing to chill and relax around it. Pascal and his family are extremely nice, helpful and responsive. Our friends group would be happy to come back.
