Welcome to Elegance! This 26 m2 Studio, completely renovated, is located on the 1st floor without elevator access, in the heart of Lyon Part-Dieu. Very quiet thanks to 2 double glazings. Very well equipped like a 4* hotel room: 160 x 200 cm bed, 50" Samsung "The Frame" TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video included, fiber wifi, reversible air conditioning, equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, large bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer and magnifying mirror!
