In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Our house is the most beautiful base for those who prefer to spend a lot of time in nature. Here you will find peace and quiet, surrounded by nature, with magnificent mountain views. Let the view take effect, arrive and unwind. A feel-good place. In summer, a leisurely circular hike directly from our house or a tour to one of the many beautiful peaks. Or you can enjoy the idyllic natural scenery in winter on skis, cross-country skiing or a winter hike.

Located in the middle of nature

Our house is only for people who are really looking for relaxation and to switch off from everyday life! It is surrounded by mountains, meadows and forests. Although it is easily accessible in summer and winter, there is complete peace at night. The only sources of light are the moon and the stars. We have deliberately decided against Wi-Fi and TV. Nevertheless, there is cell phone reception and for togetherness there are cards, dice and board games.

Starting point for many excursions

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The apartment is located in a 2-family house on the upper floor. There is a private entrance, parking and a carport. In a garden lounge you can really relax on warm days. It is a central starting point in the middle of the Rhine Valley for hikes and many beautiful excursions. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.
